Key Responsibilities:
* Understand, reflect & practice Company's vision & values.
* Be responsible for supporting the business unit in implementing Corporate HR Policies
* Be the HR interface for all new projects in all aspects, Labor legal assessment, budget, talent assessment, hiring etc.
* Own and lead HR Business KPIs and performance targets, train HR BU team and consolidate Quarterly business reviews, support leadership team in AOP for all HR matters: costing, Hc plan etc.
* HR Governance: Supporting the compliance of all BU in terms of SOPs - harmonization of Group practices where applicable
* Create and maintain dashboard of HR
* Create and maintain dashboard of BU to help monitor HR activities and performance across BU
* Liaise with Corporate HR team in all initiatives within BU s and facilitate their implementation
* To Be Custodian of Manpower cost across BU s
* To be the owner with leadership team in business unit of engagement agenda and the ambassadors of IFFCO culture and Values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/ Masters/ MBA
Specialized Qualification in HR is a plus

* 10 years experience as HR Generalist
* Understanding of local labor laws in multiple locations in scope
* Business acumen and analytical skills.
* Motivating, coaching, and developing people
* Ability to solve conflicts among areas/ functions
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders
* Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Responsibilities:
Manages / forecasts engineering resources utilization, staffing levels and recruitment requirements
Evaluation of engineering/design staff capabilities identifying development and training needs
Deliver portfolio resourcing growth while meeting stringent Engineering Saudization targets
Oversight on all engineering execution
Applying best engineering practices and ensures client and company procedures are followed
Key engineering interface with Project Managers and Clients
Coordinates with Company Global engineering centers
Engineering Team Leadership and mentorship, Management of Engineering Department Managers, Succession planning Mentoring and Appraising direct reports
Oversight of all licensed engineering software requirements, budgets and usage
Proposal input, review and presentations
Technical delivery strategies
Engineering manhour estimation and engineering estimation norms - strong practical understanding
Engineering quality processes, including checking and approval requirements.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in the management of engineering
Must have strong knowledge of Pre-FEED, FEED and detailed design stages of complex projects. Ideally a mix of greenfield and brownfield experience across the hydrocarbons sector in particular and ideally with some clean energy transition experience and interest. Fabrication/Construction/Commissioning site-based experience would be beneficial to complement a predominantly engineering technical and project management consulting background.
Experience of Saudi Aramco and Sabic standards would be beneficial.

Well-developed management and administrative skills, Strong Interpersonal skills
