Proposal Manager
The successful candidate will have tendering, proposal preparation, commercial and contractual skills and knowledge relating to the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector and ideally extending across other COMPANY lines of business. The individual should be highly motivated, and be confident engaging and interfacing at all levels, both internally and client facing.
In summary, the successful candidate will be required to manage all the KSA Proposals by leading the complete process of Proposal development in line with Company's Tender Governance Processes requirements which includes update of win plans prepared by Business Development team, setting up bidding & execution strategies, risk reviews, leading Proposal meetings including kick-off, execution review, technical review, cold eyes review, commercial review etc., acquiring appropriate Legal, Tax and Treasury advices, directly engaging with the Discipline estimators to collect, review and challenge estimates and proposal qualifications to avoid gaps or duplications, writing technical narratives & executive summaries, preparation and presenting Executive Management level presentations to acquire required approvals and leading technical, commercial and legal negotiations with clients until Contract signature and handover to the Operations team.
