Our Client an International Petrochemical Company are looking for x2 Cost Engineers to be based in their EPC Contractors Office in Madrid. The position will be offered with an Long term contract and negotiable daily rate along with Travel and Accommodation packages

Job Overview;

As Cost Engineer you'll be working for the Client overseeing their FEED Contractor using SAP to extract monthly costs of Company PMT and consolidate these costs within project cost control tracking system

Job Purpose:

• Use SAP to extract monthly costs of Company PMT and consolidate these costs within project cost control tracking system
• Create the FEED budget, covering Company and FEED Contractor costs
• Develop plans to control period and cumulative commitments and expenditures
• Analyze FEED Contractor cost and manhour reports and prepare progress S-curves
• Based on FEED Contractor reports, issue monthly reports to Company Management, covering expenditures and expected costs to complete FEED
• Verify and incorporate change requests within FEED budget
• Manage cash flow projections and prepare end of month accruals
• Verify and approve invoices and submit them for approval to Company Management

Job requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Cost Engineer
• Experience gained working on FEED projects across Petrochemical and / or Refinery sites
• Experience working on Greenfield Projects will be beneficial.
