We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Lead for a leading client of ours based in Madrid.

Report : Project Manager (P.M.)

Main tasks :

• Confirm vendor list in line with expectations
• Verify representation and experience in KSA for major vendors
• Verify FEED Contractor bid inquiry document (content and quality)
• Participate to the bid tabulations with FEED Contractor
• Participate to the vendor clarifications
• Validate LLI and SCI offers and final selection
• Prepare purchase requisitions for LLI and SCI, with FEED Contractor
• Develop the capital and start-up spare parts lists, with support of PMT
• Select the list of Execution contractors and issue Solicitations Of Interest (SOI) requests
• Select execution contractors for bidding process
• Prepare bidding packages, based on documents provided by FEED Contractor
• Lead the execution contractor selection process
• Prepare execution contract and lead negotiations
• Lead the procurement effort for all direct purchases needed to support FEED and execution
• Develop vendor list for catalysts, chemicals and first fill requirements for the project
• Prepare contracts to support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
