Turnover Coordinator Asset Life Extension (ALE) Commissioning and Startup (CMS)
The role will require top-flight project coordination know-how, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Expertise in agile delivery of work order or system, part-system based turnover packages is a must. You will need superior cross-functional multi discipline coordination skills. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver with the ability to take initiative, multitask and work in a fast-passed environment.
What You'll Do
Lead the delivery of highly technical projects per Company standards and best practices. * Provide direction and leadership to project teams & team members (i.e. vendors, engineering, QA, technical specialists, other project leaders). * Create and maintain reporting and metrics around projects * Conducts project turnover kickoff meetings, and completion / Turnover meetings with the Contractor / Vendor * Ensures that a complete electronic and / or hard copy (as applicable to the scope) walk down package is in place for review and used by the walk down team a minimum of 72 hours prior to the walk down - reviews walk down package for completeness * Issues the Final Walkdown Notice to all stakeholders for Work Order's at least 48 hours prior to walk down. Facilitates pre-final walk down meetings, and post walk down punch categorization meetings * Ensures Contractor / Vendor delivers system / part system redline list, tag exhibit list etc. * Stewards reviews / sign offs on Quality, and Redline documents * Provides support on document upload into CMS * Reviews final walk down punch items in CMS. If using hard copy punch tickets, issues punch tickets and updates database once signed punch tickets are returned * Reviews Turnover documentation for completeness and expedite review by FE / QA as required * Ensures timely review of Turnover documentation and facilitates sign off MC, TCCC, HCCC and handover packages
What You'll Bring:
Creative, original thinking and can-do mindset * technical savvy * Minimum 1-year experience with Hexagon Smart Completions Database or equivalent. Your Experience must be with front end development and back end data configuration. * Minimum 2 years experience with multi discipline construction coordination * Minimum 2 years experience with document management * Minimum 2 years experience with redline management * Minimum 2 years experience with Project Commissioning * A Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset. * Pre-Start Up Safety Review and Ready for Operations experience would be an asset * Conflict management - specialized interpersonal skills to resolve situations with colleagues where they may be some level of conflict, stress, or uncertainty * Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities * Track record of building strong partnerships with internal and external partners, team members and vendors * Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) * Proficiency using Project Management Tools including MS Office products (Excel, Work, PowerPoint), etc. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, approaching challenges with energy and passion. * Ability to report and present accurately, confidently, and enthusiastically * Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong detail orientation is essential in this role * A team player and self-starter
