Senior Security Analyst

The Role

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst. This is a great role with responsibility for the overall cyber security of the IT environment.
Daily responsibilities include; maintaining and updating policies and procedures and then ensuring cybersecurity policies are adhered to.
Working with the IT management team to conduct security audits and risk assessments
Making recommendations for enhancements to Cyber Security
Researching and identifying threats and vulnerabilities.
Administer Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Intrusion Prevention Devices, Network Access Control Systems, Internet Filtering systems, Phishing exercise product, etc.
Reviewing various monitoring tools and reporting findings to reach resolutions

The Successful Candidate

  • Will have their CISSP or be working towards it
  • Will be enjoying working in cyber security and building on their knowledge to be fully up to date of potential security threats and risks
  • Will have experience with Windows and Cisco administration
  • Manufacturing, Chemical company or Industrial Control System experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
