Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment of a variety of technical, professional and management positions
  • Determine the best recruitment techniques to fill open positions and follow through with appropriate plan
  • Determine appropriate selection criteria and testing techniques for open positions
  • Conduct interviews to determine job and company fit
  • May conduct background checks and coordinate background checks via vendors
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates
  • Extend offers to selected candidate and may arrange for relocation when necessary
  • Considered a fully qualified professional level, handling complex recruitment activities

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to source candidates in hard to find professions, fields and locations
  • Prior experience in the oil & gas industry strongly preferred
  • Must excel in a fast paced environment characterized by process improvement, drive for results and accountability
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets.
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Our client is a rapidly expanding, European headquartered operator who is looking to expand by bringing on a Senior Accountant.

Senior Accountant Job Description:

  • This individual is responsible for general accounting functions, including: financial reporting, revenue, and financial statements.
  • Responsible for performing all monthly account reconciliations.
  • Assisting management in the preparation of annual budgets as well as financial analysis.

Senior Accountant Job Requirements:

  • Must have at minimum a Bachelors' Degree in a business related function, with a CPA being an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will have between 5-10 years' of overall Accounting experience.
  • Previous International as well as public accounting experience are preferred.
  • IFS knowledge is also preferred

Our client is currently searching for a SAP Functional Analyst to join their operations in Plano, Texas. The SAP Team Member requires an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of MM/SCM and other Procure-to-Pay related modules.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Provide configuration and support in the SAP Material Management (MM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
* Ensure functional specifications and testing cases/results are documented properly.
* Provide immediate support for business to operate smoothly.
* Seek new and innovative Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions based on business needs for SCM and other business units.
* Liaise with system developers to determine solutions and analyze business impacts.
* Direct face to face interaction primarily with the company's SCM department.
* Regularly interact with internal customers on support and business initiative issues.
* Responsible for providing feedback to manager regarding project status.


Required Skills & Abilities

* Must have at least 2 years of SAP SCM/MM configuration and troubleshoot experience.
* Ability to configure SAP SCM/MM per business requirements.
* Prior experience in Procure-to-Pay implementation as well as production support is required.
* The candidate must be effective in gathering requirements from the business users, know the appropriate SAP standard functionality/options and be able to clearly articulate the pros and cons associated with each option.
* Ability to identify and analyze issues and develop solutions to complex P2P problems.
* Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, management, external contacts, end-users, and technical contacts.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and handle stress effectively despite time constraints while displaying a can-do attitude.
* Curiosity, critical thinking, detail oriented and customer focus.
* Experience working with IT in cross-functional teams.

Sr. Workday Analyst

The Senior Workday Analyst will support our Talent (HR) team, other internal business partners, and company management in the development, on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Workday HCM system. In addition, this person is expected to take a critical role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of key Talent projects that leverage the Workday platform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Workday HCM system expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes, integration support, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality business operations
  • Partner with our Talent team and other internal stakeholders to help them define business requirements, implement, test, and deploy additional HCM modules, changes to business processes, or integrations as needed
  • Develop system reporting and analytics to enable our Talent business partners to identify trends and to empower leadership decision-making
  • Work with IT security team to manage security re-assignments, user access and permissions, and integrations-related security issues
  • Support and test Workday system updates or upgrades
  • Identify system gaps and deficiencies, and if applicable, suggest best practices or process improvements to help fill those gaps
  • Conduct long-term improvement projects to ensure compatibility with the company's evolving business applications landscape and needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of HRIS experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience
  • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM, including Workday Recruiting, Core HCM , Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Strong Workday Reporting including Advanced Reports, Matrix, and composite reports.
  • Work experience at a company that has implemented Workday HCM
  • Understand Workday security, compliance, and controls to effectively manage and maintain security and roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday integrations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations and processes
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive timelines and delivery dates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a Technology-related field)

Job Summary

The Senior Corporate Finance & Planning Analyst will be responsible for corporate modeling, variance analysis, budgets and forecasts, and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate modeling for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Screen possible E&P acquisition transactions by evaluating pro forma financial information and related capital market activity
  • Assist with investor relations activities including maintaining investor presentations, scriptwriting, etc.
  • Monitor, report, analyze, and explain actual and forecasted performance versus budgets, forecasts, and other benchmarks
  • Work with operations, planning, treasury to explain the key financial variances of production, lease operating expenses, and capital expenses related to budgets/forecasts
  • Lead the monthly meeting to explain the variances to executive management
  • Analyze and report company performance relative to peers and competitors
  • Support management in performing ad-hoc analysis
  • Assist in planning and developing the annual budget and long-range plan
  • Lead corporate level economic look back of capital investment to aid in understanding of development program return

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience of Economic/Financial Modeling
  • Minimum 8 years' progressive experience
  • Experience in Oil & Gas (E&P), energy investment banking a plus
  • Experience in Spotfire, Combo Curve, or Mosaic a plus

Education/ Training:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
