Job Duties & Responsibilities

The overall responsibility is leading and managing cash, liquidity, foreign exchange exposure and debt compliance on a global basis.

  • Responsibilities are global and authority is delegated by the CFO.
  • Global cash management and providing cash forecasts (weekly, 13 week and Annual) in accordance with the timetable and distribution list established by the CFO.
  • Debt management including ensuring covenant compliance and the provision of the required certifications as required under the debt agreements.
  • Provision of bid and performance bonds to support global operations
  • Risk management to ensure cash flow is protected from fluctuations in both foreign exchange rates, interest rates and in local repatriation regulations. Exposures are managed on an after-tax basis.
  • Opening and closing of bank accounts and ensuring the signing authority complies with the Company Delegation of Authority (DOA).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Proactive self-starter, effective communication skills, and highly analytical personality type
  • (Ideally) 10 years' experience in a senior Treasury role with a Company with international operations
  • (Ideally) 5 years of management experience.
  • Able to travel globally as and when required.
  • Bilingual a plus

POSITION OVERVIEW: As an ETRM Operations Developer II for the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for technically analyzing, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting in-house developed solutions and data interfaces with the company's Enterprise Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) systems.
