Petroplan is currently working with a large E&P business who are in need Project Quality Supervisor to assist with their current domestic operations division with current and future planned projects both on and offshore operations. The role will be working with an supporting the Oil & Gas production operations team.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Quality system implementation for Gulf of Mexico Operations across the project scope
Act as secondary resource for implementation of Gulf of Mexico Asset quality plans (PQP)
Assist value chain partners with contractor qualification & selection related to Quality content
Conduct on-boarding activities as related to Quality requirements & verification of Supplier's management system
Lead development & implementation of Suppliers' Quality plans to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications as per Operational needs
Perform onsite surveillance at Supplier locations to ensure Quality requirements and standards are adhered to per contractual, purchase order and quality plan terms
Perform audits/assessments at Contractor facilities for Equipment-Services within the project scope
Administration of quality defects from capture thorough closure
Conduct & oversee root cause investigations of quality incidents
Evaluate Supplier Quality performance metrics
Establish and monitor continuous improvement plans
Populate & report on internal quality metrics
Oversee project requirements for development, approval, utilization, and management of the appointed Quality(third-party) services
Perform training, performance monitoring & assessments of appointed Quality resources to ensure conformance with quality & safety requirements
Conduct internal quality training for technical & operations teams in support of quality plans
Review & advise the regional personnel on Requests for Exceptions/Concessions & Non- Conformances to ensure proper disposition prior to use
Provide feedback to leadership, as well as both facility and functional teams, on quality system implementation, effectiveness, and project performance
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years Quality experience in with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas / Production Operations
Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems and application of industry codes, standards and specifications e.g. API, NACE and ISO etc.
Management of contract personnel such as quality control inspection resources (i.e. Surveillance, NDT, etc.)
Managing root cause analysis(RCA) investigations, required
Lead Auditor - Accredited training, Certification preferred
LEAN Experience, Certification preferred
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
In supervision of multiple inspection and implementing of quality processes and programs
Ability to develop inspection guidelines and work effectively with minimal supervision in a diverse multidiscipline team of internal & external stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with leadership, operations, internal value chain partners, QA-QC resource providers, and Suppliers providing equipment/services
Proven organizational skills in coordinating simultaneous projects in accordance with mandatory deadlines
Self motivated to learn and think strategically
A high degree of computer literacy.
Ability to demonstrate leadership behaviors while prioritizing demanding work loads

The Asset Integrity Engineer will be responsible for the management of the Asset Integrity program in a specific domestic operations area. This program includes working with the Houston team and field personnel to maintain integrity for operated pipelines, pressure equipment, facility piping and storage tanks.
