Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our corporate office operations in Plano, Texas. This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the company's Cyber security posture. Candidates should have an understand of security best practices for servers, workstations, network equipment and other security software.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate with the client's SOC for security incidents
  • Establish/maintain strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks.
  • Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
  • Compiles and reports on security compliance metrics and security key performance indicators.
  • Document and prepare reports to outline the extent and remediation of security breaches
  • Coordinate annual penetration test
  • Keep up to date with the latest IT security trends
  • Develop and implement security standards and best practices
  • Recommend security enhancements to Sr. IT leadership and coordinate enhancement implementation

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CISSP or CISA certifications preferred

  • Experience with Windows, Linux operating system security best practices
  • Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewall security best practices

The Senior Workday Analyst will support our Talent (HR) team, other internal business partners, and company management in the development, on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Workday HCM system. Job Summary:
As a Service Desk Associate II/III, you will be responsible for providing the initial assessment, triage, research and resolution of basic incidents and requests. You will also be responsible for hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat for the company's clients (internal). This person may also be responsible to administer and provide user account provisioning. Use of the Incident management system to document and manage problems and work requests and document their respective resolutions. Core Duties:

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance by self-service portal, email or telephone.
  • Create incidents and service requests on behalf of clients when needed.
  • Set the priority for resolving incidents based on impact and urgency.
  • Investigating and diagnosing incidents and researching solutions.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

  • Ensures all customer issues, incidents, and problems are raised within our internal ticketing system and reach resolution within customer contractual timelines with a high level of satisfaction
  • Takes charge and own all incidents: relaying incident information to the Service Desk Team Lead and Manager, ensuring high level of coordination and communication between the employees and Information Technology Team.
  • Perform an RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to determine, document and communicate solutions to our customers for all issues.
  • Develops / improves repeatable processes and procedures
  • Populates knowledgebase of known issues and problem solutions
  • Ensures global organizational standards based on ITIL principles are implemented into daily Service Desk processes
  • Participate in the continued development of the Service Desk knowledgebase to allow first call resolution with the Service Desk team
  • Adjusts priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands caused by operational or project situations

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

Deputy Project Director - Onshore

Deputy Project Director - Onshore Reporting to the Project Director, to manage key areas of the project post-FID through handover to Operations. The EPC phase is expected to last 5 to 6 years.
The position is based in Squamish, BC with travel to EPC contractor's office in Houston and other locations, as required, to support project execution for meetings, workshops, audits, etc.
Key responsibilities:
The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Managing all aspects of project execution in Canada, primarily at site, including HSSE, Quality, Project Services, Procurement, Subcontracts, Regulatory & Permitting, Interface Management, Early Works, Site Construction, Logistics, Pipeline Oversight and Commissioning Support for handover to Operation
  • Supervise local PMT team with members located both in the WLNG Vancouver office and at site
  • Manage EPC Contractor and other local contractors as well as subcontractors onsite
  • Develop and implement key Canadian site specific project plans and procedures to support the overall project execution aligned with core project plans and procedures
  • Coordinate with WLNG BU, core PMT, Regulatory Bodies, Indigenous Groups and local contractors in the development, submission and approval of all Canadian Federal, Provincial and Local permits to support the project execution strategy
  • Ensure areas of responsibility meet all company, oil and gas industry as well as all Canadian codes and standards for safety, regulatory, environmental and quality compliance
  • Accountable for managing scopes of work, procurement, subcontracts, logistics, interfaces, cost, schedule, risk management and change management in Canada as well as forecasting to deliver the project within budget and schedule for areas of responsibility
  • Provide accurate reporting in a timely manner
  • Prepare all documentation for handover of the LNG Facilities to Operations for Commissioning and Startup as well as support Operations during Startup
  • Build strong relationships with Regulatory Agencies, Indigenous Groups, FortisBC and BC Hydro and Local Contractors to support project execution
  • Prepare final project closeout report for areas of responsibility


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 20 years of project experience in major capital projects in the oil and gas industry in various execution phase key roles in project management, engineering, construction and commissioning management
  • 10 years of major capital project experience in Canada, primarily in British Columbia is preferred
  • LNG project and Marine Facilities project experience is preferred
  • Has strong knowledge/experience in field construction and commissioning of LNG, gas compression and gas processing facilities is preferred
  • Has practical working knowledge/experience in HSSE, Quality, Contracts, Project Controls (Cost and Planning), Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics
  • At least 15 years of direct supervisory experience managing large teams
  • Worked on $1.0 Billion EPC projects

The individual in this role must be a Senior BI Developer professional who can help expand and maintain the reach of our reporting platform solution.
