Summary

This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the company's Cyber security posture. Candidates should have an understand of security best practices for servers, workstations, network equipment and other security software

Duties & Responsibilities

* Monitor and coordinate with the company's SOC for security incidents

The Measurement Technician I (with supervision) and Measurement Technician II (without supervision) must be able to:

  • install, maintain and calibrate gas and/or liquid meters and associated mechanical and/or electronic systems.
  • witness gas meter calibrations and liquid meter proving.
  • obtain gas and liquid samples, both spot and composite, and transport hazardous and/or nonhazardous materials.


The Measurement Technician III (additional duties may include):
  • install maintain and repair gas and liquid samplers and online analyzers.
  • install and troubleshoot SCADA equipment (communications, status inputs, automation and controls).
  • handle special client requests, including system audits and system balance issues.
  • help in the training of other technicians.
  • act as a working supervisor on multiple technician projects.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform job duties onshore and/or offshore, utilizing a company vehicle and/or transportation by helicopter, boat, seaplane, etc.
  • Out of town stay and/or offshore stay is sometimes required.
  • Maintain work schedule with customers. If any changes are made to the schedule, notification to the customer and the appropriate office is required. On non-scheduled days, the Measurement Technician will perform assignments at the office.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, i.e., eight (8) to sixteen (16) hours depending on job service requirements and customer needs.
  • May be required to be part of the "On Call" program on a rotating schedule. These hours can be extended into weekends and/or holidays.
  • Maintain and account for assigned property. This includes tools, company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, calibration equipment, and parts.
  • Properly prepare all necessary paperwork and documentation of service performed on a timely basis and submit same to appropriate office personnel for processing.
  • Perform all other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills are required.
  • Work experience is desired. Technician level may be influenced by relevant experience.
  • Electronics and/or mechanical experience/knowledge/skills is preferred.
  • High School or equivalent is required



Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • May be required to obtain DOT Medical Card
  • Must be able to carry equipment (not to exceed 50 pounds) up and down steps. At times, multiple trips of this nature (due to more than 50 pounds of equipment) may be required

Our client is currently recruiting for an OpenText Architect to join our Information Technology group at their corporate office in Plano, Texas. The OpenText Architect will be responsible for building, managing, and supporting solutions for internal client groups.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement roadmaps and KPIs to plan and measure adoption of Enterprise Content Management via the OpenText Enterprise Content Management product suite
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Development Teams on requirements and solution design.
  • Design and develop new applications, forms, reports, workflows leveraging different Open Text products in the landscape.
  • Responsible for guiding and reviewing the development of solutions specified in technical design. Including oversight of external and/or internal development and support teams.
  • Perform development quality checks and enforce best practices.
  • Assist with functional acceptance testing as needed.
  • Coordinate communications, issue resolution, implementation and testing plans, training plans and successful transition to support and maintenance teams of architecture and operations activities.
  • Reviews, validates, and provides guidance on estimates based on complexity, risk, and effort for proposed technical changes on related ECM platforms to aid in planning and managing of projects
  • Responsible for identifying technology risks and corresponding mitigation strategies.


Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
  • 5 years of experience with the Open Text Enterprise Content Management product suite
  • Strong emphasis will be placed on Content Server and Extended ECM for SAP
  • Experience building and implementing Enterprise Content Management roadmaps
  • Experience working with SAP business workspace integration, SAP attachments/data archiving strategy and process.
  • Experience interfacing with OpenText VIM and vendor invoice documents storage/retrieval.

Technical Accounting Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Accounting activities in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing that is timely and complete
  • Review revenue, UOP depletion, DD&A, Capitalized Interest, and other monthly entries
  • Review account reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and manage periodic local and corporate financial statements for accurate reporting
  • Prepare Accounting memos for internal and external audit purposes
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and other Tax reporting and other fiscal obligations as applicable
  • Lead, support and supervise the Accounting team in the U.S
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external auditors
  • Ensure adequate financial controls are in place for corporate and within the business units
  • Coordinate budget preparation process for corporate and asset level entities and periodic forecast updates
  • Maintain and review accounting procedures, processes and make improvements when necessary
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounting function, and play a key role in implementation of new systems and tools
  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external presentations with financial data
  • Up to 20% travel

Qualifications

  • 10 years auditing or industry accounting experience
  • Big 4 audit experience preferred
  • Must have E&P Oil & Gas experience
  • Ability to work with and understand E&P financial operations is essential
  • Must have technical accounting experience
  • Must have knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems
  • Extensive experience utilizing SAP, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Excel
  • French or Portuguese is a plus

Education, Training & Certifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant major
  • Preferably C.P.A

In this role, the Executive administrative assistant will provide support to the Chief Executive officer as well as other members of the executive team. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities. This position will require the individual to be able to work under pressure at times and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Leadership managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
  • Composing and preparing confidential correspondence
  • Prepare for meetings or lunches by scheduling conference rooms, and helping put together presentations
  • Help compose expense reports for the department
  • Pull various data points from systems
  • Escort visitors and guests to meetings and act as a host for the company
  • Help all departments in researching various transactions and supply backup documentation
  • Booking travel for individuals and teams as needed
