Our client is seeking a Major Incident Manager to join their growing IT team. With Offices across the United States and globally, this company provides plenty of opportunity for growth. This role will sit in the Service Delivery Management department and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day running of all high priority incidents within SIAM based ITIL Incident Management framework. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving, managing and Coordinating the response to high-priority incidents
  • Coordinate rapid and effective response
  • Working with vendors to resolve issues

Qualifications for this role are:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • ITIL Foundation qualification
  • Problem solving skills
