Division Order Analyst
Petroplan is actively recruiting for an Owner Relations and Division Order Analyst to work on a long term contract basis on behalf of a Houston based Oil & Gas company.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position requires a self-starter who is able to work independently with good decision making skills while gathering and analyzing complex data from a wide range of sources. The source of data includes but is not limited to leases, contracts, division orders, title opinions, curative and other such related documents.
The role requires someone familiar with the upstream energy business who regularly acquires knowledge of industry practices, trends, regulations, laws, rulings as they pertain to our core business activities. This position requires someone with exposure to all facets of ownership including various interaction levels with internal and external business partners.
This person in this role must possess strong analytical skills, computer skills and general knowledge about the use of core computer applications along with related applications that support our business effort. This position requires a person who can easily and professionally interact with the upstream organization using good interpersonal skills, while being aligned to company goals and objectives, and embracing company values.

Position: Asset Integrity Engineer
Job type: Initial 3 Month contract

Petroplan is currently working with a growth oriented upstream Oil and Gas business in Houston are looking to add an experienced Asset Integrity Engineer to their operation division to assist with the ongoing activities across a number of their domestic US operations.
The Asset Integrity Engineer will be responsible for the management of the Asset Integrity program in a specific domestic operations area. This program includes working with the Houston team and field personnel to maintain integrity for operated pipelines, pressure equipment, facility piping and storage tanks. The chosen candidate will have experience in evaluating inspection data to continuously reduce asset risk, minimize failures, and improve operations.

* Utilize control engineering expertise to develop documentation - loop drawings, cable schedule, Junction box drawing, panel layout, control narrative etc
* Specify and procure appropriate instruments - (pressure, temperature, level, flow) and control systems - ROC800, Allen Bradley panels/cards.
* Integrate new instrument devices and control system in existing facilities.
* Interface with programming and field construction team to complete projects.
* Witness field commissioning and support as required.
* Understanding of the following:
a. Allen Bradley ControlLogix
b. Emerson ROC800
c. Understanding of or ability to learn Emerson FB3000 platform.
d. Communications - Modbus etc
* Role is based in Houston TX with 25% travel to field - Eagle Ford asset.

Job Summary - Advise operating sites in the management of process safety risks and hazards associated with the processes, equipment and day to day operations - Provide expert technical support to help drive site improvements, including: - Review of key safety systems and recommending corrective actions, - Support effective identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks and the tracking and completion of risk reduction activities in a timely manner, and - Provide technical support (and leadership if called upon) in incident investigations - Lead formal risk assessments / Process Hazard Analyses to identify and quantify risk associated with the operation of the facility - Develop Process Safety KPI?s, to included Tier 1-4 PSE?s - Develop PHA Procedure and associated guidelines - Support Site and Unit PSSR?s - Develop Bow Tie Diagrams and support development of Performance Standards - Conduct process safety reviews, process safety-related studies / analyses, and support the development of related control measures for projects - Provide advice and recommendations on the applicability and interpretation of both internal and external safety guidelines and standards - Support operating site?s Risk Management Plans and provide technical support to safety and regulatory audits - Review consequence modelling and associated impact to facility siting |

The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning & scheduling processes and functions for our major capital projects. This new position will be based at our Houston, TX office and report to the Vice President, Planning & Scheduling.
