Role/Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming components before line delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform layered audit and quality checks
- Ability to review parts and make determinations if they pass/fail the quality standards
- Assist production to manage nonconforming product and to analyze and eliminate problems.
- Perform product and process audits and follow up on non-conformities detected by the audits.
- Document non-conformances and route to applicable parties for investigation.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the control plan for incoming goods, assembly processes and finished products.
- Use various tools, fixtures, measurement devices to analyze functionality of product.
- Document and complete required checks utilizing electronic or hard copy means to record product status.
- Additional responsibilities and activities may be added on a need basis, as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of Quality Inspection experience
- Broad knowledge of quality systems
- Technical and administrative skills: Familiarity with product & process auditing techniques, corrective & preventive action methods, basic hand tools for measurement, inspection methods & reporting, calibration, basic statistical knowledge, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

The Integrated Asset Planner reports to the Project Controls Manager and will be responsible for planning, budgeting, change management, cost control, and cost estimating all asset/hub activities.

Responsibilities:

• Accountability for all asset planning, budgeting, change management, cost control, cost estimating, progress measurement, reporting and forecasting activities.
• Interface with Key offshore team members
• Prepare project cost estimates and assist with annual budgets.

• Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects), Primavera planning software, and other specialized cost software packages and prior experience in SAP, as required.

POSITION SUMMARY

Candidates must have an understanding of the setup and operation of the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS), consisting of the Distributed Control System (DCS) sometimes referred to as the Basic Process Control System (BPCS), the Safety Instrumented System (SIS), and the Fire and Gas System (FGS). Candidate must understand the ICSS process control and safety functions required for the gas treatment and liquefaction process, and their role in safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations, with the objective of meeting business goals for production while minimizing unscheduled equipment down time. The role will be required to interface closely with the Operations teams during startup and assist with troubleshooting as well as providing technical support.

- Provide guidance to Smartplant Instrument (SI) use on Train 4 and interface with existing Trains 1-3 database.
- Provide input to configuration of graphical displays
- Review all package unit inquiries and purchase order requisitions where instrumentation is to be furnished by a Vendor as part of the package unit.
- Review unpriced requisitions and purchase orders of equipment and address any Technical Deviations from Project requirements.

Purpose

To lead the Electrical Engineering team in support of design and engineering work. Self motivated individuals with a desire to solve complex engineering problems, show effective team leadership and communication skills will be ideally suitable for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Have a strong commitment to safety both in the field and in design
• Manage projects within budget and time constraints.
• Preparation of Specifications and Contract Documentation.
• Prepare electrical design and calculations in accordance with the relevant Canadian Standards and client preferences.
• Provide construction management support for clients as required.
• Check the electrical layout designs, quality of engineering documentation and installation, conduct analysis needed.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, engineers, and other disciplines.
• Keep to agreed schedules and budgets for all deliverables.
• Participate in the professional development of less experienced members of the department/team.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience on low, medium and high voltage power distribution for all phases of a project including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design
• Develop power system studies including load flow, voltage drop, short circuit and protective device coordination, arc flash and label creation, and transient analysis using ETAP and SKM.
• Strong knowledge on the development of the following deliverables:
  • MV and LV power systems
  • Single line diagrams, schematics, interconnection and wiring diagram
  • Layouts - lighting and grounding, cable routing design
  • Substation and MCC design
  • Area classification per code requirements
  • HVAC, Ventilation, and Fire Alarm/control system Experience
  • Motor and electrical load lists, panel schedules
• Develop electrical equipment requisitions, review vendor drawings, and factory acceptance test
• Prepare Specifications and Contract Documentation.
• Prepare electrical design and calculations in accordance with the relevant Codes / Standards and Customer preferences.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, regulations, and practices
• PE license is a plus

We are currently recruiting for a project scheduler with experience in developing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 to support our project team and portfolio of small, medium and large projects and turnarounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically experience working on Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects for an Owner/Operator.

The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development and maintenance of projects & outage schedules using P6, progress tracking/forecasting, scheduling reports and analysis, monitor and analysis of contractor schedules, providing support and assistance to the client team to maximize visibility of schedule status and progress. Role is based in Quintana TX with the flexibility to travel to HQ Houston, TX.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze Contractor schedules
- Prepare progress tracking and KPI weekly reports
- Develop project specific critical path milestones
- Develop and maintain owners scope level 2 program schedule
- Prepare the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
- Develop scheduling procedures, execution plan, and plan progress and tracking for a project
- Participate in weekly project schedule reviews & meetings
- Monitor and track scope and schedule change control
- Ensures the development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling
- Assist in the Development and approval of contractor baseline schedules
- Provides schedule analysis on critical path and critical activities to complete?
- Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support within project controls
- Ensure that required contract project controls deliverable and guidelines are appropriately implemented and maintained
- Ensures the credibility of the information contained in the project schedule.
- Assists with the preparation of project time and/or cost claims.
- Monitors and updates schedule progress toward achieving the desired project completion date and informing management team of changes to schedule outcome.
- Prepares and provides schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis and re-ports forecasts for all significant project activities. Analyzes the effects to the critical path activities; identifies changes to the project that affect the schedule and develops the recovery schedules and alternate courses of action.
- Promotes an atmosphere conducive to the open exchange of new ideas, and alternatives to orthodox approaches.
- Ability to work on multiple projects as once.
- Ability to work in a 'team' and/or 'matrixed' structure, supporting multiple clients.
- Flexibility & the ability to work with shifting priorities; embrace new/evolving responsibilities.
