POSITION SUMMARY
The individual in this position works with Technical Authorities (TAs), Subject Matter Experts, and asset level leaders to develop Competency Assurance and Training plans to ensure the safety and readiness of our personnel executing work aligned with the Operational Management System (HOMS).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Content Development

• Develop written Competency Assurance and Training plans.
• Develops and/or sources materials needed to execute CAT plans.
• Development of eLearning material in support of training rollouts.

System Administration and Management

• Work with team members to set up and maintain competency systems.
• Work with team members to establish standard dashboards and reporting.
• Work with system vendors to improve delivery and manage customer requests.
• Assist with other tasks and activities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience

• 2 years of experience an instructional design role, eLearning development experience preferred.
• Previous oil and gas experience, preferred.
• Prior experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Storyline, Articulate 360), preferred.
• Prior experience as an administrator of competency management systems and/or learning management systems, preferred.

Education, Training & Certifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
