JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confer with management/senior leadership and Human Resource business partners to identify human capital needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
  • Understand business strategy and operational goals of internal client organizations. Tailor specific search strategies that fit within those parameters and meet those objectives
  • Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies
  • Prepare complete and detailed client engagement agreements and position profiles, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with respective business unit leaders to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify, attract, and recruit top tier diverse talent. Identify and deploy creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates.
  • Utilize candidate research as needed and leverage appropriately. Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
  • Effectively position and sell professional opportunities to both active and passive candidates
  • Pre-qualify candidates and develop interview slates
  • Prepare candidate information packages, including position profiles, resumes/CVs, interview guides and assessment forms for distribution to hiring managers prior to interviews
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates including process overview, interview preparation, setting expectations, post-offer discussions, closing, offer letter review and general on-boarding
  • Interview and assess candidates using behavioral based/targeted selection interview questions
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
  • Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers
  • Explain compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct follow-up calls/customer satisfaction surveys and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute an effective, efficient on-boarding process for each new hire
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities. Update ATS appropriately for search tracking and reporting purposes for both internal and external systems
  • Produce weekly reports and analysis on recruiting status to leadership and clients

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a team environment is required; 10 years is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry is required
  • Expert level knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, due diligence and vendor management
  • Knowledge and extensive past use of applicant tracking systems - Success Factors preferred
  • Knowledgeable in creating diverse candidate pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Business or Human Resource

Electrical Construction Coordinator

This position will require providing technical support during the execution of the various aspects of the project including Construction, Mechanical Completion, Commissioning and final Handover to Operations.

The position requires verification of the Topsides Fabrication Contractor (TFC) work and ability do walkdowns.

Responsibilities:
* Providing engineering and technical support to the WWRP Project Team for Electrical Engineering Systems on the Wellhead Platform.
* Supporting the Topsides Execution Manager / Electrical Lead during construction, Mechanical Completion and commissioning of the electrical systems on the platform.
* Managing construction / fabrication, contractor project/modifications activity and track performance against expectations.
* Reviewing and commenting on contractor documentation to ensure suitability of the electrical system and equipment design.
* Providing electrical engineering review and input to the topsides engineering and fabrication contractors to determine optimum project designs and execution plans.
* Ensuring appropriate attention is paid to capital cost, ongoing operating costs and reliability.
* Ensuring appropriate electrical specifications are used for the project.
* Providing support to the Operational Readiness Assurance team in preparation for the transition from the project phase to the operational phase.
* Providing electrical technical input to hazard assessments and other safety reviews.
* Review Construction schedule and interact with the topsides fabrication contractor and provide technical guidance as required in resolving site queries.
* Assist with the change management process during the execution stage of the project from engineering to final handover to operations.
* Work with the commissioning contractor to establish commissioning procedures and commissioning schedule.
* Participate in system walkdowns during the mechanical completion stage of the project.
* Review and sign-off "A" mechanical completions check sheets.

Job Summary

- Advise operating sites in the management of process safety risks and hazards associated with the processes, equipment and day to day operations
- Provide expert technical support to help drive site improvements, including:
- Review of key safety systems and recommending corrective actions,

We are seeking a Planning Manager to be based in Houston, TX.

Position Overview:
The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning & scheduling processes and functions for our major capital projects. This new position will be based at our Houston, TX office and report to the Vice President, Planning & Scheduling.
This position will collaborate with Company leadership and project management to develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules while also providing leadership and oversight of planning & scheduling professionals assigned to the project. Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of relevant planning & scheduling experience in major Oil & Gas engineering and construction projects using Primavera P6
  • Familiar with collaboration with EPC's , Pipelines and CAPEX are essential
  • Proficient in Deltek Acumen Fuse software, and iConstruct
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL or similar relational database management systems preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with ability to effectively prioritize, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and business needs, and succeed in a fast-paced environment

This position is responsible for upholding asset Competency Assurance and Training (CAT) procedures to ensure compliance.   • Program Development, Management, and Improvements:

Competency Assurance:

  • Complete analysis and review assessment results, working with impacted individuals, steering teams, and leadership to develop gap closure plans.

Training:

  • Develop position specific training matrices.
  • Identify training needs and learning outcomes for course offerings.
  • Provide expected learning objectives and outcomes to training vendors/internal trainers.
  • Solicit feedback from training participants, front-line supervisors, and leadership.
  • Recommend improvements and monitor training quality.

Relationships:

  • Build trusted relationships with multiple partners focusing on technical skill development and workforce training.
