As a Contracts & Mobilization Consultant, you will play an integral part in supporting our contractors while maintaining a high quality of standards to our clients and candidates across a range of seniority levels. The work is complex and requires a logical mind and a patient, can-do attitude.
About the Role:

  • Managing the on boarding process for contractors commencing assignments with your allocated clients. This includes handling all mobilization procedures such as travel, visas, work permits, offshore training, medicals and accommodation. It will involve close liaison with clients and contractors as well as our internal recruitment consultants and payroll team.
  • Key contact for assigned contractors, dealing with queries and complications promptly and efficiently
  • Updating, managing & monitoring contractor information on the internal databases
  • Managing the contractor's contract, renewal, amendments, negotiating new terms and issuing relevant paperwork
  • Liaising with payroll to ensure invoices are paid promptly and queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Preparing client KPI reports for Account Managers/Regional Directors on request
  • Ad hoc projects for the Regional Director

About you, you will:

  • Demonstrate a professional level of written and verbal communication
  • Be confident, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships quickly
  • Have superb organizational and administrative skills
  • Have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably previous experience of using databases) and typing skills of at least 45 wpm

Electrical Lead: Field-based

Summary
Provides oversight for all aspects of Electrical Systems Integrity which spans managing HV substations, field electrical power distribution, facility low voltage systems to PLC controls. Good all round electrical systems knowledge across a wide variety of equipment.

Responsibilities

  • To be the Responsible Person Electrical (RPE) for the field operation ensuring electrical safety standards are followed and quality of electrical installations to NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements.
  • Managing high voltage switching operations at the two Surge operated substations and powerline infrastructure as well as periodically optimizing the voltage regulation at the stations.
  • Manage the maintenance program for the substations and inspection and repair of the powerline infrastructure.
  • Manages the data and logic integrity in all control systems to ensure they are consistent and function as designed.
  • Ensures safety system cause & effect charts are up to date and that they are validated in accordance with policy.
  • Coordinates the effort to update cygnet from the field end as facilities upgrades and well tie-backs are made and ensures data integrity.
  • Conduct electrical authorization of field personnel to work at appropriate voltage levels on systems (from low voltage DC controls up to high voltage).
  • Maintains Surge arc flash program and manages the integrity of all test equipment.
  • Carries out various electrical system diagnostic measurements to determine the health and performance of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Maintain quality of the electrical systems equipment in the CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) from PLC's to HV circuit breakers.
  • Coordinating field corrective maintenance tasks through the CMMS work order system for area of responsibility.
  • Work closely with the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance work teams as well as the Construction team on equipment related issues.
  • Work closely with the Production Optimization team to coordinate activities that involves electrical power delivery.
  • Work closely with the Land team on any new powerline extensions for the appropriate right of way needs.
  • Work closely with the Houston Engineering team as well as the SCADA coordinator


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong safety culture and process leadership particularly with respect to electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical and controls documents and design drawings.
  • Familiar with 3 phase LV and HV power systems operation and installations.
  • Understand control schemes and ability to learn new systems and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Position is based in Moss Creek field office (~ 17 miles north of Big Spring, Texas).
  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree required; Electrical Engineer preferred.
  • Must be willing to work outside of core hours and handle call-outs.
  • 10 years' experience with electrical systems, including substation operation, LV electrical systems and controls.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience across a wide range of electrical systems and voltage levels. No barriers on working on a wide variety of electrical equipment and systems.

POSITION OVERVIEW: As an Operations Developer II for the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for technically analyzing, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting in-house developed solutions and data interfaces with the company's Enterprise Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) systems. The successful candidate will work both directly and indirectly with analysts, business personnel, and other ETRM Developers to evaluate needs, analyze options and provide effective and resourceful technical solutions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop preventative customizations to the company's ETRM system. These will be modifications or enhancements to the company's ETRM system that prevent or handle specific future user-encountered or back-end process breaks.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and otherwise identify and develop solutions to ETRM system issues escalated to the Operations Development team by ETRM Analysts or other ETRM personnel.
  • Collaborate with teams in multiple geographic locations. Users are located in both Oklahoma City and Houston offices. Position may include occasional travel to remote offices.
  • Exhibit a desire to continue growth of software skills, including new platforms and applications not previously used.
  • Exhibit a strong customer service focus.
  • Work with other team members in a rotating on-call support cycle.
  • Effectively execute multiple assignments and projects with some oversight and according to defined quality and output standards.
  • Exhibit understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts.
  • Identify resources, including other team members, business analysts, and subject matter experts, and procure their input to determine ETRM solution options.
  • Solicit feedback on performance in new tasks.

Sr. Endur Business Analyst (CTRM)

The successful candidate is adept at partnering with end-users to log issues, analyse issues, provide tactical/strategical solutions and ultimately deliver tangible business value & benefit.
This role will report into the Head of Application Support - North America working on different business systems critical for the trading life cycle.


Key responsibilities

  • Supporting of Commodity Trading and live position applications during trading hours.
  • Support of CTRM and connected upstream/downstream applications for Intraday and End-of-day activities.
  • Take appropriate actions to ensure that time-critical batch steps run. This may involve root cause analysis of issues and taking appropriate corrective actions (fixing curves, excluding deals/portfolios etc.).
  • Monitor applications availability and report issues pro-actively.
  • Communicate with clients/vendors as required: inform/follow-up for incident progress, notify them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Good organizational skills in managing issues, projects and communicating to the stake holders.
  • Fast turnaround of client requests.
  • Log and prioritize tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Work with the Service Desk to ensure requests are routed to appropriate resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently

Technical expertise

  • 5 years of work experience in IT industry.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in energy trading domain.
  • Must have experience of working on trading floor and supporting traders during peak hours.
  • Must have knowledge of OpenLink Endur system (North American Gas and Power)
  • Good experience with CTRM Application support including upstream/downstream systems. (E.g. Understands business workflow, trade life cycle and operations)
  • Working knowledge of ISO power markets and FTR trade booking
  • Must have business knowledge of North American Gas and Power trade life cycle.
  • Programming skills using JAVA or .Net or any programming language.
  • Diagnosis skills of technical issues related to programs in Java, .Net or any other programming language.
  • Understanding of databases and analysing SQL scripts.
  • Should be able to support team members in different geographical regions.
  • Motivated and willing to learn and work on different systems 3rd party and in-house developed
