We have partnered with an oil and gas company that is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The overall responsibility is leading and managing all forms of Global Consolidated Forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) on a monthly, quarterly and Annual basis as well as for developing and enhancing the strategic finance capability of the Company.

• Maintain all financial forecasts (including rolling quarterly forecasts), manage the consolidation process with accounting team, and provide analytical comments in periodic management report as well as providing constructive directions to the regions to improve financial performance and company valuation.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting efforts and design budget and forecast structure (jurisdiction, region, cost center, department; top-down, bottom-up)
• Prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders (senior management, board, banks, etc.)
• Develop effective reporting tools for both local jurisdiction and consolidation level to help management understand business performance
• Investigate and make recommendations on additional tools or software to help improve the reporting process and implement in collaboration with the accounting team and IT as necessary
• Build relationships with the business and drive through process change as necessary to help improve financial transparency
• * Assist management team on ad hoc projects with analytical support to support business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred
• Proactive self-starter, effective communication skills, and highly analytical personality type
• (Ideally) 10 years' experience in a senior Treasury role with a Company with international operations
• Advanced Excel and model building experience / exposure
• Experience with Oracle a plus
• Project Management experience (this role will project management a number of strategic initiatives that move the needle on WIS's financial performance)
