Office Manager - Houston

On behalf of our client we are searching for an Office Manager for a small professional services company.

A great opportunity as it is a role offering variation and a supportive team and environment.

We are very interested in talking to candidates who are proactive and relish opportunities to take on new projects when required. People who work on their own initiative and who have a problem solving mindset.

We are also looking for someone who has bookkeeping skills, experience with the full Microsoft office suite and past experience working with accounting/billing software.

Day to day duties include;

  • Allocating cash and checks appropriately
  • Managing the invoices, incoming and outgoing
  • Responsibility for billing clients
  • Dealing with vendors
  • Being the 'go to' person with day to day HR queries like vacation
  • Reviewing the healthcare insurance annually
  • Investigating a new billing system to get a replacement for the current system and presenting solutions
