Land Negotiator

Summary of the role

  • Experienced Land and Lease Negotiator who is able to analyze existing lease arrangements with landowners that require modifications and adjustments to meet future business needs of multiple Wind Farms across the US. Houston based contract position.
  • Work closely with Legal and Finance functions to negotiate changes directly with landowners and neighbors.
  • Work closely with GIS staff to identify impacted leases and make contact with landowners etc. Relationships with landowners at our facilities is very important. Affective and professional handling of land and lease issues is extremely important to us and our future business.

Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Single point of accountability for all land and lease issues associated with potential future projects at our wind farms.

Required/Mandatory Qualifications

  • >10 years in Land Negotiations and Land Management
