Project Manager/Owners Representative- Solar

Owner Operator is looking for a Project Manager with experience working on Utility Scale Solar PV and Battery storage Projects. This is a contract role lasting 2 years on location in the Greater Houston Area.

During the entire duration the contract the Project Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing communications between designated EPC and owner in regards to:

• • Construction Management Monitoring
  • AHJ Coordination Support
  • Construction Progress Monitoring
  • Construction Conformance Monitoring
  • Construction Quality Monitoring
  • OWNER'S Punch Lists Support
  • Project Milestone Support
  • Change order request support
  • Mechanical completion support
  • Interconnection and energization support
  • Commissioning support
  • PV testing support
  • Substantial completion support
  • Proiect completion support

The PM shall attend alongside OWNER, a series of kick-off meetings at or near THE PROJECT site, with:

• Contractor(s)
• Interconnection/Transmission System Provider (GIA Counterparty)
• Energy Generation OffTaker (PPA Counterparty)

The PM shall attend with OWNER, via teleconference, weekly calls with CONTRACTOR.

The OR PM shall prepare and submit to OWNER daily reports summarizing, as reported from each PM team member on site that day, including:

• Any urgent matters and/or unsafe conditions which may need OWNER'S prompt attention
• Any visitors to site, including any AHJ, any of OWNER'S Counterparties
• Persons interacted with, including the contact information
• Observations and comments, including for each, date & time, GPS coordinates, photos, drawing references, system and equipment numbers, and other identifying information, and a clear description of the observation and any suggestions for OWNER regarding potential resolution

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager/Owners Representative working on Utility Scale Solar PV Projects
• Ability and willingness to travel 100%
• Clean Driving Record
