Rig Safety and Training Coach
Job Purpose
To provide professional safety coaching, safety training, control of work
coordination and competency assessments to rig personnel. Act as a safety coach on daily tasks, supporting the crew and management to raise Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) awareness. Develop competency assessment documentation for all positions on the rig and review the competency of the assigned personnel.
Work with the Human Resources (HR) Training and Development team to monitor and provide training on the rig as required. Act as permit coordinator.
