JOB DESCRIPTION

Personnel Manager Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact in relation to all internal and external HR related enquiries
  • To run the HR department on a day to day basis including Recruitment, all Generalist and ER activity, Reward & Recognition, Wellbeing, Engagement, L&D operations, People Management and Performance.
  • Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate records and assist in the monthly payroll process, including the notification of new employees, pay related contract variations, furlough pay, leave notifications and pension/benefit changes
  • Ensure that the Centre's HR policies and procedures comply with current legislation and best practice and are updated


The successful candidate will already be operating at Senior HR Manager level or Head of HR and looking for their next role. They will have strong experience covering all areas of the HR generalist spectrum.
