Our Client an Global EPC Company are looking for a Management of Change Manager to be based on site in Grangemouth, the role will be offered with a 12 month contract outside IR35 and a negotiable hourly rate.

Job Overview;

As Management of Change Manager you'll be responsible for developing MOC programme/schedule to ensure MOCs are developed in line with the project schedule.

Job Purpose:

  • Maintain tracker to monitor progress of each MOC and host weekly meeting to review progress
  • Manage the generation of the four key MOC documents, using Company discipline engineering resource:
  • Chair risk assessment workshops
  • Manage upload of all associated documentation to Client document management system - this will include any design documents and drawings referenced in the Technical Appraisal e.g. P&IDs, isometrics, data sheets etc.
  • Ensure reviews are undertaken by Client asset engineers in a timely manner and coordinate the responses to any comments
  • Manage the closure of pre-approve and pre/post authorize actions

Job requirements:

  • Ideally have a degree in an Engineering or Construction related discipline
  • Extensive experience in a Management of Change role in the oil and gas/petro chemical industry.
  • IT Competence with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
