Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, resilient administrator to hold a fast-paced and varied role with an oil & gas company in Basingstoke.

Background

With existing and incoming projects, our client's outlook into 2022 is already forecasting a considerable increase in the engineering workload.

These projects are completed with a strong mix of both Permanent Staff and Agency workers.

To look after these extensive recruitment activities, we require a Resourcing Administrator to support our growing project Agency Worker requirement as well as a Permanent Staff Recruitment campaign, which is about to start.

Within the environment of formal corporate procedures on Recruitment processes, we require the Resourcing Administrator to carry out these tasks in the following areas;

Agency Workers

Receiving new personnel requests, drafting job profiles to issue to our agency suppliers, ensuring CVs are recorded and the processes followed, including, organising interviews supporting recruiters as well as general liaison with agency suppliers. Additionally, there will be the support to the onboarding process of both Permanent Staff and Agency Workers.

Permanent Staff

Responsibility for administering, collating and managing the relevant statutory and corporate processes of this activity.

  • Be able to plan, organise effectively and manage a multitude of tasks concurrently
  • Have great communication skills working collaboratively to deliver results
  • Be self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
  • Have the ability to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with candidates, clients, suppliers and internal support services
  • Adaptable and able to work in a changing sometimes ambiguous and certainly fast paced environment.
