Requirements:

  • Experience in FEED and Detail Engineering projects for Oil & Gas (on-shore & off-shore).
  • Technically competent in all aspects of electrical engineering (MV and LV Power Distribution and control).
  • Experience in electrical equipment sizing calculation, reports and specifications
  • Design of power distribution systems for electrical networks
  • Electrical equipment specifications/datasheets for MCCs, MV and LV switchboards, asynchronous and synchronous generators, soft start units, VSDs, UPS systems, transformers, NER
  • Schematics for switchboards, MCCs, generation systems and auxiliary equipment; substation, switch room and plant layout design
  • Electrical distribution surveys for on-shore HV and LV networks
  • Preparation of requisitions for electrical equipment
  • Fully conversant with IEC standards and "Oil & Gas" standard practices and specification/standards (e.g. IOGP).

Qualification:

- Contract length: 12 months

Requirements:

  • Offshore assistance during umbilical installation and Controls System pre-commissioning activities onboard installation vessel and/or FPSO
  • Extensive experience as Subsea Control system in preparation and execution of Offshore projects (Feasibility & Conceptual Study, Front End Engineering Design, Call for Tender and Tender Technical Bid Evaluation, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation).

  • To support the Project during Execution Phase in the engineering, design, manufacturing and testing (performed by Contractor) of Subsea and topside FPSO) assuring that the design meets Project requirements, applicable standards and engineering best practices, developing Company's know how in this area.
  • To review and approve specification, design and supply (by Contractor) of the control systems, ensuring that Project requirements, best practice for safety, COMPANY and industry standards and reliability are met:
  • To ensure the performance, instability and operability of the umbilical, distribution and control Systems, Subsea Production Xmas Trees, subsea Injection Xmas Trees, subsea tie-in systems and subsea structures (manifolds, suction piles and SDU):
  • To ensure that all necessary technical interfaces with other systems or activities belonging to the Project are always considered by the Contractor:
  • Perform Site Inspection (when required) and interfacing with Contractor:
  • To ensure that the delivery of the subsea control system equipment's including are according to Project schedule and objectives:
  • Knowledge/experience on Subsea Controls and Umbilical Systems with relevant ancillaries, Design, Engineering, |Manufacturing, Testing.
  • Knowledge/experience of QA/QC tests specific to Control System within the Oil & Gas Industry (such as Control system FAT, EFAT, integration with DCS etc);
  • Appropriate periods acting as Company Representative for the subsea Control system supply.

Requirements:

Produce monthly G&A reports with commentary to London Corporate Centre and AGS

budget holders.

  • Meet with budget holders quarterly to discuss actuals and forecasts of G&A and timewriting.
  • Coordinate accurate data collection of London G&A costs within the SAP accounting system

and Cognos Management Information System - including Month end processes in SAP and

Cognos including allocations, accruals and forecasts in G&A, P&L and Cashflow.

  • Involvement in annual budget process for London general and administration costs,

timewriting and allocations.

  • Provide relevant cash flow analysis to Treasury.
  • Work closely and effectively with Group Finance to implement new group wide processes,

procedures, and systems.

  • Manage relationships with remote Accenture team to enable prompt and accurate data

postings during close and monthly reporting cycle.

Time-writing

  • Reviewing monthly reporting on timewriting non-compliance; working with timewriters to

fix errors and correct missing timewriting.

  • Support for the monthly timewriting recharge process and validation of time written

  • Liaise with external auditors as required to assist in understanding and reviewing Head

Office accounting including the allocations certification process.

  • Analyse expenditure and make cost control recommendations.

Petroplan are looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Environmental Advisor to work in the North East England.

This will initially be on a 6 month contract, outside IR35, on a negotiable hourly rate.

To apply ideally you will have the following:

10 years experience in environmental roles.

Demonstrable experience of regulatory responsibility in process plant environment.

Significant experience in an environmental, process engineering or operations.

Professional environmental qualification.

Degree qualified.

Understanding of ISO 14001.

Senior Process Safety Engineer

Petroplan are looking to hire a Senior Process Safety Engineer to work in West London.

This will be based on an initial 6 month contract but expected to go on longer.

The client offers a hybrid working scheme and the hourly rate is outside IR35

You will be working on the Fujairah LNG project which is at FEED stage.

Im looking for someone who can co-ordinate/Participate in HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP and other design HSE / operability / reliability studies and workshops, and close out of assigned HAZOP (and other design HSE) action items.

Ideally you will come with a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or similar engineering field.
