Permanent Staff Position

We are looking for a Administrator to support the construction of industrial gas plants. The position will include focus on the procurement and expediting of the smaller component parts of our plants. You will be providing a critical role ensuring accuracy on requisitions and timeliness of order placement.

The department are involved with the project execution of compact on-site Nitrogen, Oxygen and Hydrogen generators and we have recently expanded into hydrogen purification and refuelling station technology, offering the successful candidate a prime opportunity to get involved with groundbreaking hydrogen technology and infrastructure, in a position where you can really make a positive contribution to achieving a carbon zero future.

As the Administrator, you will:

• Create and issue requisitions from the Bill of Materials.
• Collaborate with Project, Engineering, Procurement and Transportation teams to develop Material Control plans.
• Provide timely material requisition status reports to Project Management.
• Expedite documentation and certification from suppliers.
• Provide support on multiple projects simultaneously.

To be a successful Administrator, you will have:

• Excellent Administration experience
• Previous experience in material control and purchasing for capital projects would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong Excel database skills
• Understanding of the processes to purchase basic project components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly.
