Our client an EPC company are looking for a HSSE Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in their office in Southampton. The role will be offered with a negotiable salary.

Job Overview -

As a HSSE Administrator you'll be supporting the HSSE Advisor while working on the Fawley Refinery project.

Responsibilities -

  • Collate and review Alliance & Contractor HSSE statistical information to include leading and lagging indicators, training, man-hours etc.
  • Oversee data inputting of actions in action trackers
  • Produce detailed analysis for all leading and lagging indicators:
  • Provide input into the preparation and update of annual HSSE improvement plans and KPI's
  • Participate where required in weekly/monthly HSSE reviews

Qualifications & Experience -

  • 3 to 5 years related work experience including 1 to 2 years in similar size / nature of projects.
  • HSSE knowledge and previous experience working in HSSE role preferred
  • Computer literate - proficient in MS Office, Power point etc.
  • Knowledge of internal / external auditing process. (Added advantage)
  • First aid training (added advantage)
  • Understanding of behavioral based safety approach

  • Manage the schedule and Commercial input required annually for the Five-Year Plan to support key decision making by the Senior Management Team regarding projects, financial forecasts, CAPEX spend and asset requirements in region.
  • Submit regional Market Analysis data as required by Group Sales & Marketing and actively participate as a member of the Global MABP function by identifying and supporting any business improvement initiatives.
  • Actively monitor market intelligence sources (industry press, client releases and subscription services); analyse data trends, client and competitor activities impacting the regions strategy.
  • Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to increase professional network of contacts and collate market intelligence to support regional data and strategies.

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in a commercial, business, financial or data analytical subject preferred and / or industry experience within a similar role.

  • Ensure that projects meet agreed budget, schedule, safety and performance targets, and align with all applicable legislation.

To be a successful Project Engineer / Project Manager, you will have:

  • Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline with excellent general experience gained in an EPC/EPCM environment servicing the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Water or Petrochemicals industries. Previous Air Separation project experience would be helpful but not essential.
  • A highly organised approach to new challenges with a visible track record of supporting engineering design.
  • Broad high-level appreciation of the various engineering disciplines that need to be managed to execute projects successfully, including Process design, plus Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Engineering would be preferable.
  • Commercial awareness with experience gained in customer facing roles
  • A work ethic featuring determination, adaptability and resilience with the ability to lead under pressure, evolving requirements, and conflicting priorities.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety.
  • The ability to work with multi discipline teams across different cultures.

Key accountabilities

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a qualified process control engineer with a chemical, instrumentation, or electronic engineering background. You will have extensive experience of control schemes used in continuous manufacturing process plants preferably within a petrochemicals industry.

Experience of design, commissioning, tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance of process control systems, including complex regulatory process control is essential. As is the ability to optimise manufacturing plants through an understanding of the process technology and application of process control strategy.

Understanding of the key variables and constraints that impact safe and reliable operations is also key to this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of technical delivery and excellence, including an ability to build strong collaborative relationships across organisations and with third parties, vendors and engineering contractors.

You will be a team player with experience of working in multidiscipline teams and proven interpersonal skills including the ability to influence without formal authority and work across different cultures. Project experience is an advantage.

MISSIONS/ SERVICE DIMENSIONS
Reporting to the Instrument & ICSS Lead Engineer, the Service holder is in charge during the FEED and EPSCC Phases to:

* Assist the project management in Vendor selection.
* Review and comment vendor documents that have been assigned to them and assist package engineers in technical problem solving at all stage of work. Attend to vendors meeting as required.
* Review and propose response to TQs and deviation requests for project management approval.
* Perform regular visit at the WORKSHOP and WORKSITE. Inform package engineer of any concerns that might jeopardize the quality, the cost or the project schedule.
* Support preparation and participate in Project technical reviews, provide answers and ensure timely implementation of the findings in discipline.
* Manage punch-list (from reviews or meetings) clearance that they has been assigned. * Ensure work is performed is consistent with other disciplines.

* Provide support to the commissioning team in development and resolution of technical findings.
* The Service holder participates also in the review, preparation and implementation of all the maintenance and inspection means (procedures, contracts, resources...), for the start-up and the operational phases.
* The Service holder is also accountable for demonstrating individually an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, and for ensuring their application within scope of responsibility.

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Electrical Engineer to power up our HV Cable Termination and Testing Service.

Primarily this position will be based at our facility in Westhill in Aberdeen with travel to off and onshore sites to lead the execution of projects.

As an HV Electrical Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of high-voltage excellence, working on offshore and international projects that will challenge and advance your skills.

Overall Purpose of the Job

Onsite team lead for termination and testing of HV (up to 66kV) array cables for offshore wind farms.

The applicant will be the subject matter expert for the company's HV IAC T&T service. They will provide support technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes. They will lead the delivery of these scopes onsite (onshore, offshore & overseas).

It is envisaged that over time this role will transition to an office based one as the company develops capacity in HV IAC T&T.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead projects onsite.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports by providing technical expertise to the project teams.
  • Assist with preparation of tenders including preparation of method statements and equipment lists.
  • Responsible for overseeing daily site operations.
  • Ensure QA and HSE requirements are met.
  • Attend client visits to provide technical support to Business Development.

Qualifications Required (Technical, Professional, Academic)

Essential:

  • BTEC Diploma (Level 4), City & Guild, or HNC in Electrical Engineering
  • Possession of/or the ability to get an RUK Wind Turbine Medical Certificate
  • Possession of/or the ability to get GWO Certificates
  • HV Cable Jointing
  • HV Cable Testing

Experience required

Looking for an enthusiastic SCM Category Specialist. This is a full-time, staff role where you will be responsible for the procurement of complex product category supporting tendering on the project including pre and post award management.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Work collaboratively with Tendering/Sales & Marketing to achieve key target award goals such as meeting local content requirements, achieving a fast-track delivery and providing best overall value for the tender submission.
  • Responsible and accountable, unsupported, for tender and subcontract activities for an allocated category and be the focal point of contact for SCM.
  • Ensure clear category procurement strategies are developed for key tenders and there is an appropriate balance between internal benchmarking and external Request for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Prepare Request for Quotations / Invitation to Tenders for goods and services in line with, allocated budgets, quality and delivery targets.
  • Ensure that all category subcontracts for the project provide best value and contractual position with regards to risk evaluation, budget adherence and delivery.
  • Prepare and coordinate the placement of subcontracts/purchase orders that ensures compliance with category strategies and project procurement plan.
  • Organize KOM (Kick off Meetings) and attend PPM (Pre-production Meetings) with Vendors
  • Follow up the weekly progress of category complex/critical packages awarded to suppliers. Ensure regular progress updates are provided to the assigned SCM Subcontract Specialist/Project Team.
  • Expedite orders and ensure all documentation are received on time.
  • Expedite invoices and close out of projects in timely manner.
  • Negotiate any disputes that may arise in the supply chain.
  • Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required.
  • Complete an evaluation of a supplier's performance / lessons learned with the category and project team as appropriate.
  • Proactively participate in global category networking groups where relevant
  • Continuously monitor the market for allocated category particularly for category pricing and capacity. Thereafter, advise / implement category mitigation plans, such as new supplier qualification, frame agreements and supplier partnering to secure capacity in the supply chain.
  • Conduct regular category meetings with key regional functional stakeholders to review and take appropriate action in relation category strategies and support business/project requirements.
  • Support category team to present category strategy updates to the senior management team annually.
  • Support the Subcontract team with any assignments based on business workload activities within each group. Collaboration on work assignments across Subcontract, Category and Tendering activities will be required and also to strengthen cross-functional knowledge and experience within each team.

Your Professional Qualifications / Experience

  • Significant role relevant experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas/Renewables Industry and in Supply Chain Management.
  • Pre and post award experience in EPCI environment or experience in supporting EPCI Tenders within SCM.
  • Pre and post award experience in procurement of complex Category/Commodities in Oil & Gas/Renewables Industry.
  • IT proficient across the MS Suite. SAP/SAP Ariba is desirable.
  • CIPs (or other relevant industry qualification) desirable.

Your role and responsibilities will be:
