Technical Product Manager - Security Services Products

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Scope:

Manage the development and productization of cybersecurity services for the Industrial Automation Division, leveraging cross-functional business unit teams. Coordinates and aligns multiple parallel project work streams to accomplish the mission of harmonizing and productizing cybersecurity services following standard global product implementation plan. Supports BU Service organization in pilots, sales and provisioning of these services.

Your main responsibilities will include:-

Managing the development and productization of cybersecurity services for the Industrial Automation Division, leveraging cross-functional business unit teams. Coordinating and aligning multiple parallel project work streams across global multiple business units to accomplish the mission of harmonizing and productizing cybersecurity services following standard global product implementation plan. Supports BU Service organization in pilots, sales and provisioning of these services.

  1. Manage multiple cybersecurity service project work streams by aligning, coordinating and managing teams to develop the cybersecurity service portfolio.
  2. Supporting the Group Cyber Security Service Council in the development and implementation of group-level cybersecurity services following all, policies, standards and guidelines.
  3. Leveraging Business Units in the areas of project management and R&D, project execution and commissioning, as well as service delivery as required.
  4. Managing multiple budget streams..
  5. Communicate across various levels of the organization
  6. Delivery cybersecurity services on-time, on budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Ideally should be a B.Sc or M.Sc. with minimum 5 years of experience in industrial control system cybersecurity technology, solutions & processes.
  • Experience in managing projects that include technology development, integration of third party solutions & commissioning of customer projects.
  • Deep knowledge of industrial / power automation technology.
  • Good business acumen, e.g. regarding value added services or product strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a global team.
  • Willingness to work in open, collaborative, networking environment with various functions and businesses.
  • Self-motivated, structured and results oriented with good time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages.
  • Capable of setting the right priorities in a demanding environment.
