Role Overview:

Petroplan is currently in search of an Invoice Audit Analyst for a Houston-based energy client. This position will be responsible for invoice reviews.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience

Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience with project invoicing, accounts payable, or payroll with Oil & Gas, Engineering and Construction projects
• Advanced in Microsoft Office suite
• PowerBI
• Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams and other members to ensure project goals and objections by coordinating follow ups
• Oversee contracts and exhibits for contractors and project invoicing and reporting
• Ensure a match for invoicing process
• Oversight of Accounts Payable approvals and make sure invoices are approved on time

**This position will be onsite, 5 days in the office.
