Petroplan is currently working with an expansion focused E&P business who are in the process of increasing rig activity. Due to this continued growth, a need has arisen within the business to add a highly experienced Water Management Supervisor to their Rockies division to assist with the ongoing and upcoming unconventional projects.

In this position, you will report directly into the Operations Manager and act as the focal point for all Water management activities. You will be involved with ensuring that all activities are planned, scheduled and executed to achieve the agreed requirements in a safe and efficient manner. Key challenges will include:

  • Managing and coordinating water transfer to frac spreads and water supply to locations and identifying routes for water transfers
  • Relaying temporary routes needed to ROW agents for upcoming jobs and procuring ROW for temporary frac lines and drilling supply lines
  • Capturing all water volumes and footage of lines laid on landowners' property
  • Reviewing and coordinates documentation and changes with landowners as well as lawyers and water consultants

You must have at least 15 years of experience working within this space, experience working in the Niobrara is preferred.

Suitable candidates will be a driven, autonomous, self-motivated safety professional who is passionate and hungry to succeed.
