Process Control Engineer - Houston, Texas - Operator

The Process Control Engineer provides recommendations on improvements to existing processes or technologies and is able to articulate the justification to stakeholder(s), in order to influence implementation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 6 years of process engineering experience in high speed manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to setup, troubleshoot and maintain static requirements and robotics while achieving optimum cycle times and consistent quality results.
  • Must be self-starter with strong problem solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently on a variety of assignments w/minimal supervision.
  • Very strong organizational and processing skills along with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
  • Understanding of LEAN and/or Six Sigma concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to seek resources as needed.
  • Collaborative interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access).
  • Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity.
  • Supervision / management experience preferred, but not required.
