Our client is seeking a Full-Time Infrastructure Solution Architect to support US based LNG export facility and service the global demand for North American natural gas. This Arlington-based position will support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead ongoing enhancements to internal functions, strategies, and processes within IT Infrastructure to uphold a high-performing, secure, and redundant framework.
• Skillfully craft system architecture models and either maintain or reconfigure existing system architectures to align with the organization's business vision and objectives.
• Offer well-informed recommendations grounded in comprehensive analysis for future acquisitions of IT hardware and software, optimizing the company's investments in the IT Infrastructure and Operations domain.
• Propose alternatives to reduce or sustain costs pertaining to IT Infrastructure hardware and software.
• Foster the development and organization of training initiatives to enhance the knowledge and skills of the infrastructure architecture team, positioning them for the organization's future growth.
• Shape and influence decisions regarding in-house development versus procurement of IT infrastructure, relying on detailed analysis and domain expertise.

Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• Brings to the table 5 years of experience in crafting system architectures across cloud, on-premise, and SaaS domains.
• Exhibits prowess in architecture modeling and documentation, translating intricate concepts into comprehensive representations.
• Proficiently operates within at least two of the following domains, substantiated by notable achievements: networking, data and analytics, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery.
