POSITION SUMMARY
The Well Facilities Lead manages the execution of multiple well pad facilities projects, within the Well Factory Value Stream. Project size ranges from $1MM to $10 MM, with project durations ranging from 1 to 18 months. Well Facility projects primarily support the Bakken asset by installing new, or modifying existing, well pads and facilities to support new drilling activities ahead of the drilling program, ensuring new production can be processed. Well Facility projects may also support changing production conditions through modifications to existing facilities. Project execution activities include engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. The Project Lead works within the Infrastructure organization and closely with several functions including Well Factory Planning and Design, Development, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Land, Regulatory, Reliability Operations, and Maintenance Reliability Integrity to deliver successful projects.
