POSITION SUMMARY
The Well Facilities Lead manages the execution of multiple well pad facilities projects, within the Well Factory Value Stream. Project size ranges from $1MM to $10 MM, with project durations ranging from 1 to 18 months. Well Facility projects primarily support the Bakken asset by installing new, or modifying existing, well pads and facilities to support new drilling activities ahead of the drilling program, ensuring new production can be processed. Well Facility projects may also support changing production conditions through modifications to existing facilities. Project execution activities include engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. The Project Lead works within the Infrastructure organization and closely with several functions including Well Factory Planning and Design, Development, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Land, Regulatory, Reliability Operations, and Maintenance Reliability Integrity to deliver successful projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and accept Front End Loading design packages from the Developments team, ensuring quality of package and adherence to standard design.
• Prioritize and drive the schedule for manufacturing and delivery of controllable equipment to meet project and business needs.
• Responsible for management of work package development, including civil design and scoping documents, and implementation through detailed design, manufacturing, field construction, and handover to Operations.
• Accountable for management of full project execution budget. Authority for approving task execution based on cost estimates and schedules provided by contractors, including base estimates/SOW and any additions.
• Accountable for project delivery according to Value Stream milestones
• Communicate flow of projects in the .F program and forecasting of work load to Contractors
• Implements and follows Infrastructure Well Facilities Conditions of Satisfaction and Operations Readiness process to ensure safe, on-time handover over of high quality, functional facilities.
• Maintains a working knowledge of and ability to apply engineering specifications, regulations, standards, and permitting requirements.
• Communicates project deliverables and recommendations through written and oral presentations and technical reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience working in the oil and gas industry; project management, operations, engineering (including civil), maintenance experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and design methods
