The Business Operations Specialist is expected to have significant experience with all tasks assigned and to perform those duties with minimal supervision. The Specialist is responsible for executing various business functions to control daily cross-departmental operations as well as upholding the integrity and security of all IT platforms and systems. This role is key in assisting the successful execution and implementation of ongoing and upcoming projects.

The successful candidate assures tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and profitable manner while maintaining employee and customer satisfaction, as well as continual improvement efforts and daily collaboration with other company department members. A must for solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Systems Management

  • Systems administrator for all professional applications including SharePoint, Office365, Azure Active Directory tenant, and non-Company provided IT applications
  • Serve as IT liaison with Cmapny's IT to receive consultation on troubleshooting, implementing policies/automated flows, and tenant compliance
  • Propose and implement system enhancements based on user experience and feedback
  • Assist with system migrations or SharePoint restructuring requests
  • Perform regular evaluation of IT helpdesk ticketing system and analysis of trends; provide recommendations to better optimize the employee experience
  • Create and administer training for new users, communicate platform updates, and advocate systems engagement through presentations and general Q&A sessions
  • Work with the Company's IT to maintain shared mailboxes and distribution lists
  • Control permissions requests, grant/remove accesses, maintain record of existing accesses, and uphold the integrity and security of all platforms and systems.

Procurement & Shipping Logistics

  • Engage trusted third-party vendors to procure project and non-project related hardware, software, and licenses for the successful installation and implementation of our technology, including requesting quotes, performing price comparisons, and creating and submitting purchase orders
  • Manage internal and external correspondence between the involved parties regarding equipment specifications, warranty coverage, order statuses, terms and conditions, and delivery schedule to ensure a positive outcome for the various stakeholders
  • Research modes of transportation, insurance, international shipment requirements, and cost for larger-scale freight and cross-continental shipments
  • Serve as POC from shipment to contractual delivery point to the ensure successful delivery of equipment and communicate any defects/damage incurred in transit where necessary
  • Control project and non-project records and inventory of purchased equipment/software for revenue recognition and reference of in-house equipment; maintain procurement templates and forms
  • Identify and apply continuous improvement measures to the procurement and shipping processes as business needs scale

Inventory Management

  • Control and organize our in-house Lab by managing order point quantities, inventory check-in/out requests, space delegation, and reallocation of equipment to projects
  • Perform monthly cycle counts to ensure on-hand inventory is reflected accurately for testing, project commissioning, and revenue recognition purposes
  • Create and implement best practices to manage inventory materials, processes, and flows
  • Control and track employee IT assets during onboarding and offboarding

Vendor Management

  • Register new vendors, maintain vendor records, and track invoices, contracts, and correspondence to designated systems
  • Cultivate productive working relationships to establish rapport and trust in knowing we are being provided the highest quality work, products, and services
  • Control and inform status of all effective, pending, and expired legal vendor agreements including NDAs, MOUs, and Services/Software Agreements

Administrative Functions

  • Perform on/offboarding tasks for new/former members by granting/removing accesses, distributing/maintaining materials, and coordinating proper IT set up/equipment retrieval
  • Control, preserve, and communicate updated process documentation for newly created procedures, enhanced materials/systems, and advanced process flows
  • Manage and keep up-to-date administrative records for universal reference and reliance
  • Manage team calendar and shared mailboxes for important conferences, work travel, out of office reminders, and holiday reminders

Responsibilities:

  • Manage process engineering services that meet their customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
  • Manage process engineering project requirements.
  • Manage process engineering services such as:

Analyzes the effects to the critical path activities; identifies changes to the project that affect the schedule and develops the recovery schedules and alternate courses of action.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6 major turnaround / projects
- Expert Level using Primavera P6 scheduling software
- 5 years? experience with Turnaround Planning and Scheduling using P6
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing schedules using P6
- Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications. Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications (Excel, SAP, Primavera and Microsoft Office Applications, PowerBi for example).
- Knowledge in SAP
- Experience and understanding of Earned Value Management.
- Skilled in oral and written communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Subject Matter Expertise in OT Networks: The successful candidate will serve as a technical Subject
Matter Expert (SME) in OT Networks, possessing a deep understanding of Industrial Control Systems and
Industrial Networks.


Network Troubleshooting and Enhancement: The OT Analyst will play a vital role in resolving network
issues, serving as the go-to escalation point, even during after-hours, for advanced networking-related

Qualifications:
* Possession of an associate's degree in Information Technology (IT), computer science, or a
related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant networking experience; OR possession of a
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), computer science, or a related field, with a
minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or CCNP certification is preferred.

The Project Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager and manages small projects within the Freeport LNG Operations team. Responsibilities will include preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

The project engineer, should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Location/Travel Information

This position is based at the Quintana LQF Facility with some travel to off-site locations as required. This position requires the incumbent to hold a valid, unexpired driver license at all times in order to perform the essential functions of the job.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

- Work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Provide excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills across interdiciplinary teams.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Formulate project parameters, assign responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitor the project team.
- Performs quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reports on the project's status.
- Cooperate and communicate with the project participants.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
- Review the engineering tasks and initiate the necessary corrective actions.
- Develop specifications for the project's needed equipment.
- Create frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
- Ensure the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Work Environment

- Operates in a professional office environment within or outside of an industrial plant environment.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers w/scanner and fax, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to wear all necessary PPE equipment to perform job functions.
- Possible exposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
- Possible exposure to moving mechanical parts and electrical circuits.
- Possible exposure to constant, or intermittent sounds of a pitch level sufficient to cause marked distraction.

Petroplan is partnering with a client to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for the design, analysis, and documentation of electrical systems for power generation, power distribution, and chemical processing equipment as needed. Duties can involve some on-site commissioning and troubleshooting work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and review of medium/low voltage electrical power generation and distribution systems
  • Preparation of electrical documentation including Short Circuit, Arc Flash and Coordination, Power System, Grounding, Load Flow, Harmonics, and Transient studies using SKM software
  • Preparation of other documentation including area classifications, drawings and reports, fugitive emissions studies, single line diagrams, and electrical BOMs as well as reports associated with electrical system studies
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to electrical systems
  • Provide engineering support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with medium voltage distribution system design (to include distribution line design)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with medium voltage power generation system design
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing electrical studies with SKM
  • Thorough knowledge of applications, electrical codes, and standards (IEEE, NEC, NFPA, API, etc.)
  • Experience with Digital Multifunction Relays
  • Experience with Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories' relays (SEL Relays)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Moreover, the incumbent will provide at a minimum an intermediate level of Reliability Engineering support to the Operations team, focusing on the following areas:

  • Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA): Demonstrating proficiency in relevant techniques to lead RCFA exercises for equipment and process failures.
