IT Applications Administrator (Unified Communications)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is among the largest natural gas companies in the Pacific North West and provides commercial and residential services to over 700,000 customers.

We are currently assisting them in finding an Applications Administrator with key skills working with Unified Communications technologies.

To succeed in this role you will have the following experience:

  • 3 years of technical configuration, integration, and migration experience
  • Support of various UC applications including: Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys (Genesys pureconnect preferred)
  • Comfort in communicating with internal stakeholders and customers to provide recommendations and support as necessary
