Ensure pipeline Integrity Plans are complete for assigned segments.
Contribute to the team objective of achieving safety targets including zero rupture and zero leak goals.
Conduct pipeline integrity assessment and analysis for pipeline integrity threat management programs related to the Enbridge GDS system, including but not limited to Corrosion, Crack, and Deformation Threat Management
Assess pipelines for retrofits prior to in-line inspection, select inspection technologies and techniques, determine re-inspection frequency of pipelines
Analyze data from Inline Inspection, Direct Assessment, Hydrotesting and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) field results and recommend actions such as required Integrity Digs and
Repairs, as well as pipeline Fitness for Service
Support stakeholders on integrity matters
Provide technical guidance to engineering interns
Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering.
Engineer in Training I: 0-2 years of engineering experience with knowledge of pipeline systems
Engineer in Training II: Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in either mechanical, civil, chemical or geotechnical
Registered with PEO as an EIT.
Valid class G drivers' license and maintenance of a responsible driving record.
Ability to think analytically and perform detailed analysis.

The Lead Cost Controller ensures accurate, timely and value added analysis and reporting on a project or projects. The discipline contributes to the effective running of projects and comprises responsibility for, but not limited to cost performance status reporting.

We are seeking a Digital Petrographer to join client who has a Geological Operations Department. The focus of the digital petrographer is the digital analysis of geological imagery data to provide support for geological studies and operational decisions. Your primary role will be analyzing physical samples (core, cuttings and outcrop) and the acquisition and QC'ing of their digital images, including petrographic slides, scanning electron microscopy, 3D X-ray tomography and digital rock analysis as well as orthoscopic and conoscopic observations. Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in geology, petroleum engineering, geophysics, or physics.
You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least five years on challenging petrography and digital imaging issues, preferably related to reservoir evaluation and/or flow simulation.
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative imagery data analysis, including pore-scale modeling and the acquisition, QC and use of core-derived petrophysical properties (special and standard) is desirable.

Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for leading and coordinating Projects Teams formed to provide complete projects management services to execute assigned projects in onshore areas from inception to completion and hand over.
Prepare or review and implement project plans such as Project Execution, Risk Management, Assurance, Quality, HSE interface etc.
Manage and coordinate a team of multi discipline Engineers to achieve a safe and cost effective design through timely resolution of technical and engineering issues.

Generate and maintain risk registers by updating these in order to ensure that risks are managed and mitigated.

Participate and provides input to support project schedule, project cost, budget, contract administration, progress reporting, change management and gate approval activities.
Participate in the review and development of company procedures and guidelines as and when assigned.
Assist and mentor Qatari Engineers with their assigned development program and supervise their progress.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
B.Sc. Degree in an Engineering discipline from any recognized University; higher post graduate qualification would be advantageous.
Membership in a recognized professional engineering and/or project management association/institution would be an advantage.
A minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience in engineering, project management and execution of oil & gas projects
Variable depending on role:
Experience managing and executing brownfield projects on Oil and Gas projects.
Experience in Pipeline and downstream tankages projects.
Experience managing projects independently as the client/owner representative, preferably with an IOC.
Experience in engineering coordination with various discipline Engineers during feasibility and concept optimization studies, FEED and EPIC.

Team Leader CMMS Applications
Responsible for managing maintenance applications, such that the applications meet the requirements and wishes of users, functions well and is constantly available. Working out, and expressing in drawings (or having others do so), designs for new platform installations and equipment or amendments to existing platform installations and equipment (or parts thereof), such that these are available on time, up to date, and meet the set requirements and government prescriptions.
This role reports directly into the Manager Maintenance Systems and will have 3 application engineers and 2 document controllers as direct reports.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance Applications
Ensuring that maintenance applications including CMMS meets users' wishes, including by dealing with calls in which users state their wishes for themselves
Agreeing with the vendor whether a given desired adjustment to the system would be technically possible/available
Controlling access to, use of and safeguarding of maintenance applications by drawing up user definitions, establishing the levels of authorisation, etc.
Ordering (or ensuring the order of) the installation of, and ensuring, the initial tests/assessment of new/modified system updates
Advising on and/or elaborating proposals on system updates and/or on transitioning to a new version of the systems
Supporting users in their use of applications or ensuring this is done and providing troubleshooting
Supervising the correct use of applications, maintaining guidelines, documentation and procedures regarding the functional use of applications
Continuing to ensure that the applications are functioning well
Helping determine the strategy in the area of application, analysis and reporting in collaboration with manager
Document Control
Controlling all drawings, diagrams and documentation held and checking their actuality

Agree method statements, risk assessments and job safety analysis. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the agreed method statements.
Attend contractors' toolbox talks and ensure regularly have personnel present for contractors' safety talks and meetings. Assist and advise contractors as necessary.
Meet regularly with the Safety Officer to ensure that any actions necessary are taken up with contractors and followed up to ensure compliance.
MANAGEMENT
Plan, site survey, estimate volumes / materials / costs of scaffolding / insulation / painting services required for all works in Shutdown / Turnaround projects.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of scaffolding / insulation / painting work within assigned areas. Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, ensuring that contractors' management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permit procedures, protective equipment, experienced / qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets
Ensure that only qualified scaffolding personnel erect and modify scaffold structures, false work, and move scaffold boards.
Routinely coordinate, check, review and validate the scaffolding / insulation / painting scope of work against the appropriate requirement schedule
Ensure that the contractors scaffolding / insulation / painting material is of an approved type and that contractor personnel are experienced and qualified in its use
Review and assess the construction drawings and specifications to ensure adequate instructions and method statements are provided for the work content described.
Ensure that contractors carry out job safety analysis and that supervision review, approve and maintain a record of them close to the work area.
Ensure that the scaffold erection completion, acceptance and handover to construction section are progressively implemented.
Coordinate with Area Supervisor to ensure that scaffolding / insulation / painting schedules are practical with adequate manpower resources, material availability, and safe work methodology to provide construction completion within the overall project schedule.
Monitor and evaluate the scaffolding / insulation / painting supervision and labor requirements to ensure adequate and economic levels. Check contractors' daily labor allocations per jobphase to ensure priority working in accordance with Level 4 contract schedules.
Regularly check flow of materials through the stock yard, ensure contractors withdrawals are compatible with field and work phase requirements. Ensure contractors safe handling and preservation of materials to meet project requirements.

Experience:
Minimum 15 years' experience in refinery or petrochemical fields with prior experience in engineering of industrial control systems/instrumentation systems and engaged in actual site activities for minimum 10 years which include but not limited to trouble shooting, projects, commissioning and preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance.
Skills:
1) Specialize skills in international standards for petroleum/petrochemical plant materials and equipment including ISA, IEC, API, BS, ISO, etc.
2) Specialized skills with the industrial standards and code requirements for process control systems, especially Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Integrated System (SIS), Fired Equipment & Burner Management Systems, Compressor Control Systems (CCS), Tank Gauging System (TGS), Custody Flow Metering System (CFMS), Instrument Asset Management System (IAMS) and Machine Monitoring Systems (MMS) and other field instrumentations.
3) Knowledgeable in oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical process and maintenance philosophies.
4) Knowledgeable in IPF/SIF engineering and implementation.

Purpose:
Ensure all materials for the Shutdown / Turnaround project will be under controlled and provide full support to the Shutdown / Turnaround project team on time at high quality.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate BOM take-off from TA Planners.
Check stock/surplus inventory and raise Reservation/Purchase Requisitions (PR) as per agreed cost centers.
Implement coding process for the materials which are not registered in the Maximo/SAP Materials Master Data
Ensure all materials required for the Shutdown / Turnaround project to be identified, classified, & validated;
Assist in Shutdown / Turnaround Materials Cost Estimation.
Produce and maintain Material Tracking Register / Status Report; especially Long Lead Items which includes all Purchase Requisitions raised, Purchase Order issuance, estimated and actual costs and expected delivery date for Shutdown / Turnaround project.
Coordinate with Procurement Section and TA Planners / Requestors for all the direct procurement/ non stock material and track them on timely basis.

Lead the provision of strategic workforce and Qatarization planning, direction, and strategies of the organizations in Energy Sector to ensure greater alignment.
Principal Accountabilities
Drive high level Strategic Workforce and Qatarization Planning for Energy Sector to achieve overall Energy Sector talent planning alignment.
Develop short, medium, and long term workforce & Qatarization plans for senior management by collecting and consolidating the required reports & data from all organizations in Energy Sector.

Act as a point of contact on talent management strategies and solutions and provide guidance and consultation to Energy Sector when applicable.
Lead the preparation and facilitation for the annual Workforce & Qatarization Planning cycle with all of the companies in the energy sector that includes: development of communication plan, workshops, templates / tools and guidelines.

Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a larger organization, with focus on Strategic Workforce Planning and analytics

Ensure contract administration activities meet requirements of internal corporate stakeholders (i.e. risk, legal, project management, etc.) and corporate standards.
Provide sound supply chain management advice, guidance, and options to internal stakeholders while following established processes and proper authorization control.
