Petroplan are looking for a Payroll Specialist to work in Rotterday for an Oil and Gas client.

This will be for 5-6 months.


Job Spec:

The HR-team in Rotterdam is looking for a maternity cover of their Payroll specialist.


Ideally someone can start 10th of June and stay 5 months with an option to extend for one more month.


They are looking for someone who is used to being in dynamic international organisations.

Experience with the Afas system (dutch wellknown HR- and payrollsystem) is a must.

Embedded Software Engineer

Position

As an embedded software engineer, you will be responsible for the development process, source control, versioning and release management. You will be working in close cooperation with the electronics engineers. Due to the nature of the products, you are equally comfortable coding in C and C with extensive knowledge of Linux and RTOS. A good knowledge of electronic hardware is essential for this position.

In this position you will get the opportunity to integrate and test your software together with the complete installation. This requires you to occasionally travel abroad to join offshore fieldwork.

Position requirements:

  • Bsc or MSc in electronics or computer science;
  • Demonstrated experience with C and C ;
  • Experience with cross compiling and remote debugging under Linux;
  • Knowledge of microcontroller architectures;
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C
  • Knowledge of electronics development;
  • A medical examination for offshore work may be part of the selection procedure for this job.

Job description:

As a SCCM Specialist you will be the liaison between IT, R&D and operations.

Technical Skills:

  • SCCM /MDT;
  • Desired State Configuration (DSD);
  • Package Management;
  • Installers; MSI, WIX;
  • Strong knowledge of Powershell, VB is required;
  • Other Scripting knowledge is a plus;
  • Windows and Linux Server Administration.

Further Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor degree;
  • Proven management skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent social and communication;
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbally;
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
