Our client is seeking creative and innovative individuals interested in working on a team that is focused on safe, environmentally responsible, and profitable operations of the oil storage and Refining facility. Interested persons must be committed to providing exceptional customer service with a focus on improving productivity and processes, in a cost efficient manner. SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, supervising the company's project and fixed asset accounting functions to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of asset and project reporting and be an information resource to both Operations and Finance.


QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or finance, required; CPA or MBA, preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting/fixed assets roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, required
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prepare MS Excel spreadsheets (using pivot tables) and reports in MS Word
* Working knowledge of SAP, preferred
* Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing with internal and external customers, vendors and contractors
* Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in making recommendations and decisions
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively within all level with staff and management with varying degrees of financial knowledge.
* Ability to adapt to continually changing environment
* Must have proficient analytical problem determination and resolution skills
* Valid driver's license & Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) required

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Perform accounting functions including daily routine transactions, journal entry preparations, documentation filing and month end analysis.


QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required
* Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in accounting, reporting and accounting systems required, experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
* Knowledge of SAP software
* Knowledge of GAAP
* Strong written and verbal communications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables/lookup function) required; Intermediate proficiency in MS Word

The Commercial Accounting Manager is responsible for the financial operations of the refining and terminal businesses, which includes oil and gas cost accounting, reporting and forecasting. Responsible for managing all accounting functions associated with Cost Accounting, Margins and Yields, Accounts Receivable and Materials Inventory.


QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, required; CPA and/or Master's degree, preferred
* 10 years of Accounting experience, preferably in the oil and gas and/or manufacturing industry, required
* Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, preferred
* Strong working knowledge of GAAP, required
* Knowledge of SAP software, preferred
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
* Ability to direct and supervise team members with varying experience levels
* Strong written and verbal communications
* Ability to work in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for the full cycle accounts payable processes for the business. These responsibilities include: overseeing the day-to-day entry of invoices for payment, ensuring the timely set up of payments; overseeing the P-card system, ensuring continuous improvement in business processes related to Accounts Payable and regular and active participation in special projects which impact payables.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required
* 5 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience in an ERP system with a minimum of 2 years of related supervisory experience, required
* Knowledge of accounting principles is required, including standard accounting tasks, general ledger coding account reconciliation & complex organizational structures
* Experience setting up various payment forms including checks, ACH, and wires
* Ability to effectively communicate and present complex technical issues across multiple units
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
* Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing with internal and external customers, vendors and contractors
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while working to tight deadlines
* Results driven with strong planning and organization skills
* Must be team focused, display positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to adjust to meet business demands
* Experience maintaining internal controls and adhering to SOX 404 requirements
