Equipment Operators - Multiple Positions Available For Immediate Hire!!!
San Antonio, Texas Area
As an Equipment Operator, you will participate as a crew member in well site and rig up/ rig down operations. You will operate a company vehicle on a daily basis between the district and work site to deliver products, service tools and equipment. This position will also operate designated equipment as assigned by the Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the safe operation of assigned equipment on all locations while under the supervision of the Service Supervisor or other crew members

  • Ability to learn the disciplines of driving and rigging up equipment on location and assist during the rigging up and down of service lines and equipment at the well site

  • Perform all Pre-job and Post-job maintenance duties and reports

  • Responsible for maintaining equipment and the cleanliness of the equipment

  • Complete all Pre/Post trip reports for all equipment

  • Properly maintain Driver DOT Logs

  • Maintain satisfactory driving record

  • Must be willing to obtain knowledge of pumping standards

  • Ability to learn to operate auxiliary equipment: stake bed, acid transport and sand truck

  • Ability to learn to operate different types of equipment and support well site activity

  • Ability to maintain condition of treating iron


Requirements:

  • Experience is preferred but not required

  • Able to pass H2S certification

  • Valid Class A, able to acquire HAZMAT

  • Pass Crane Training and other Qualifications as Required

  • Must have an active telephone and the ability to be on 24 hour call

  • Ability to work a "24 hour on call" rotational schedule, flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours and nights and weekends

  • Required to travel to job sites for a week or more at a time in a designated area

  • Must be able to perform physical labor involving frequent lifting (over 50lbs.), carrying, bending, and shoveling

  • Work environment with chemicals, fumes/gasses, noxious odors, heights, noise, radiation, and exposure to weather conditions such as cold, rain/dampness, heat/humidity, and wind

Chemical Process Engineer

Our client is a leading producer of hydro-carbon products has a need for an experienced Chemical Process Engineer to work in their crude oil refinery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and daily refinery operations support, as well as troubleshooting refinery processes. This position recommends, develops, and implements improvements to streamline and advance refinery practices.
Duties

  • Provide daily process monitoring and troubleshooting of the refinery processes.
  • Manage medium to large projects and provide engineering design.
  • Optimize daily unit operations, which includes monitoring operating costs, product yields, catalyst activity, chemical usage, and energy utilization.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement processes and/or projects aimed at improving unit yields or energy utilization.
  • Partner with Environmental, Operations, and Safety Departments during all phases of project development and execution.
  • Conduct Hazard and Operability study reviews and fulfill other Management of Change requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years required
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer License preferred
