Workday Specialist

Petroplan are looking to recruit and excellent Workday Specialist to work for a major Oil and Gas client in the South East of England.

This will be a long term contract to start ASAP.

Ideally you will be a Project Manager with HR systems knowledge who has worked on a global HR system implementation.

Candidates should have experience with implementing a HR system to multiple countries.

  • Responsible for gathering data and information regarding in-country processes, procedures and FAQs
  • Support and drive as required transition related activities for the countries
  • Provide support on transition activities during the Service Rehearsal testing
  • Work with the countries and HR Services to determine readiness for handover to HR Services
  • Responsible for guiding countries through implementation, Go-Live and post Go-Live until the transition to HR Services is complete
  • Managing countries acceptance and handover after implementation and sustainability
  • Support completion of run book for handover of each country
  • Provide checklists and acceptance criteria for handover
  • Progress tracking on transition and handover
  • Escalate cluster RAID items to Workstream Lead
  • To execute the transition plan and contribute to the successful execution of the global Workday Services Programme implementation.

  • Knowledge Capture and Transfer
  • Country Engagement
  • Transition Plan Delivery
  • RAID item escalation
  • Experience of implementing Workday across an organisation with a good knowledge of the Workday suite of products - other HRIS experience will be considered
  • Experience and knowledge of project management methodology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English writing skills
  • Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels; ability to understand the audience and tailor the level of interaction accordingly
  • Experience of dealing with multiple countries and cultures
  • Experience of HR systems
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes within a large, complex, multi-national organisation

Role and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

· Google Suite knowledge / certification for AdWords, AdSense, Tag Manager, Analytics, Webmaster Tools
· Adobe suite knowledge - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
· WordPress / WordPress Page Builder knowledge with CSS / HTML coding
· Mail Chimp (or similar) e-mail marketing automation platform
· Facebook / Twitter advertising platforms
· Social media monitoring experience
· Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word)
· Conversion Optimisation Software experience
· Website management experience
· Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns and execution - primarily focused on B2C
· Have strong experience working as a Marketing professional in the private sector, with at least 3 years marketing experience

HR Administrator - varied generalist role - Guildford
Petroplan are looking for a HR Administrator to join a very busy HR team based in Guildford. The position will report into the Global HR Manager and will provide administrative support for our UK and other international offices. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to start a career in HR, there will be exposure to a variety of HR processes which this person can being very involved in.
You will have responsibility for:

  • Producing all standard correspondence for employees
  • Ensuring the HR system is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Recording staff sickness
  • Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Supporting the HR Manager in organising training courses
  • Drafting company-wide communication documents
  • Manage the HR email account
  • Responding to reference requests for past employees.


Key attributes - you will:

  • have some experience in an administrative role
  • have an excellent eye for detail, good proof reading skills and presentation and overall high work standards
  • have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively
  • have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Some HR or recruitment experience would be preferable but not essential
