Accounting Manager Job Description:

  • Responsible for the overall supervision of all Fixed Asset Accounting, including: cash projections, capex reporting, depreciation and fixed asset balance sheets.
  • The overall management of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Performing financial analysis, variance analysis and ensuring that accounting personnel are properly trained/qualified.

Accounting Manager Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelors' Degree in a Business related function is a must have.
  • CPA Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Must have no less than 5 years' of experience, with at least 3 years' of fixed asset experience.
  • SAP experience is a strong preference.

Job Overview:
Under general supervision, the HSE Specialist solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. He/She uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Has technical responsibility for interpreting complex requirements, evaluating and applying appropriate safety engineering principles, and formulating scopes of work, plans, and methodologies suitable for achieving and maintaining compliance with safety requirements. Provides technical assistance to other safety professionals assigned to projects and other project functions.


Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and department/site safety.
  • Creates incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE.
  • Interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations.
  • Determines prerequisite for and organizes audits of company operated properties.
  • Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
  • Assists in development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics.

Skills / Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in related field, to include Construction Management and/or HSE, preferred
  • Minimum 5 years field safety experience
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, engineering systems, principles, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of national and international safety laws/regulations and regulatory agencies' processes and responsibilities, industry standards/practices for safety and health compliance, and best management practices for minimizing potential safety risks during project execution.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction systems, methods, and work processes.
  • Knowledge of construction planning, estimating, procedures, and execution.
