For this position, minimum works are as follows:

? Responsible to provide support services to the Maintenance Division and to supervise and mentor the less experienced engineers in the group.? Receive, log and process all work orders, ensuring conformance with the latest revision maintenance work order system.
? Prepare detailed job step plans in proper execution sequence, with details of craft man-hour and crew size requirements for each step.
? Utilize extensive knowledge of craft skills and knowledge of the equipment involved and places job steps in the proper sequence to ensure efficient completion of work to meet operational requirements.
? Identify all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step.
? Provide foremen with a completed package for successful execution of maintenance work at minimum cost.
? Ensure that surplus materials are returned to the proper materials handling personnel for eventual return to the Storehouse.
? Arrange for and schedule support service equipment, to coincide with the work order scheduling.
? Ensure that a clear understanding exists of which jobs will be worked in the upcoming week.
? Coordinate daily schedules with maintenance foremen, supervisor and operations foremen and ensure that a complete planning package is attached to the work order.
? Maintain work order and equipment history files and is responsible for checking and ensure data is entered.
? Ensure accuracy of all maintenance performance monitoring data for his assigned area, segment, unit or division.
? Prepare and maximize whole job standards and review the log of existing whole job standards for potential application to current work.
? Operate and utilize CMMS all together with group members.
? Create and update Maintenance procedure related to planning.
? Prepare the procurement documents related Maintenance

Reliability Engineering Section Manager

Section Manager, Reliability Engineering, as a key member of Maintenance Division, is sharing the responsibility to ensure safe and reliable operation of the entire refinery. He/ She directs, plans, coordinates and supervises the provision of maintenance services which are assigned to Reliability Engineering Section as well as involves in the approval process for plant modifications and capital expenditures as required to improve operation efficiency.

1. Review and realign, if necessary, the Reliability Engineering Section organization chart and resources (budget, manpower, equipment) in connection with whole Maintenance Division in order to have effective coordination & implementation of maintenance programs & activities;

2. Review and/ or revise policies, standards/ procedures to achieve high performance

3. Guide, direct and motivate subordinates including the setting of performance standards and assessing training needs in association with the Human Resources Department and Training Department

4. Provide an efficient integrated auditing system aimed at ensuring adherence to company policy, as well as to continuously identify possible system and performance improvements.

5. Assist to set Division objectives, policies and strategic procedures and programs.

6. Assist to direct and manage the turnaround activities including planning, implementation.

7. Manage the quality and qualifications of outsourcing services, consultants and contractors which are under the direct management of Reliability Section disciplines.

8. Manage plant modifications and capital expenditures as required to improve operation efficiency.

9. Manage the section budget and has oversight over the budget control process

10. Other reasonable responsibilities assigned by Division Manager

QA Specialist

QA Specialist
The QA Specialist is to conduct the QA specific activities to make sure that all QA matters related to projects are handled in a smooth and timely manner.
The QA Specialist is responsible for the following tasks:
- As per scope of work, prepare quality procedures for the project
- Control and distribute all the quality documentation
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the Company management
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Implement the QA/QC management system- QMS in office and at site
- Coordinate with the Client on all quality matters
- Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
- Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the turnover engineer
- Establish, maintain and communicate corporate QA/QC requirements for projects in form of standards, specifications, procedures and guidelines
- Evaluate, audit and approve new Third-Party Certification/Third Party Inspection (TPCs/TPis) Agencies, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Service providers, Testing Labs, Contractors/Subcontractor and Vendors/Manufactures.
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors all non-destructive testing on site
- Identify, review and approve QA/QC & engineering critical deliverables for all project phases starting from Project Initiation up to Project Handover as per corporate procedures.
- Guide and review Project Quality Plans, project KPls and Project Organization.
- Review and check the implementation of corporate QA/QC requirements in projects by leading/conducting the required audits as per corporate procedures and project gate approval.
- Review and advice on Technical Deviations, Technical Queries and Non-Conformity Reports advise and lead/guide technical investigations to establish nonconformities root causes.
- Advise and attend projects Risk Assessment, HAZID and HAZOP workshops as required. Advice and guide on failure investigation of existing facilities and the required mitigations for safe operation Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Review the Client's specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector
- Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
- Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the Client
- Coordinate with the site maintenance manager on all quality issues.
- Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors, QC personnel
- Elaborating inspection procedures and test programs
- Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
- Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
- Perform other work as assigned
