4. Professional certifications in information security management and standards compliance (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GIAC, ISO 27001, etc) and experience with control frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Control Framework).

Experience & Skills

Primary purpose of job
The Senior Investigator will lead, participate in, conduct independently, review and/or oversee investigations and related work, including the gathering and analysis of evidence from diverse sources/systems, relating to violation(s) of the company Code of Conduct, in a complex operating environment. Experience & Skills

Assistant Financial Reporting Manager
Job Purpose
- Ensure that the stand-alone & consolidated financial statements, tax declarations and treasury functions of the privatized companies are performed to ensure compliance with the relevant rules, policies and procedures and to provide financial accounting and tax guidance to senior management as required.
- Present to the Board Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis the consolidated financial statements of the holding companies and provide due support to all management meetings related to the privatized companies.
