Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Implementation
· Implement strategies in alignment with organization strategy
· Acquire new manufacturing technology & capabilities to align with growth strategy for revenues &

Resource Optimization and Effectiveness
· Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility by implementing lean manufacturing practices, to minimizing unnecessary costs/waste and maintaining current quality standards
· Demonstrate continuous improvement for manufacturing process to minimize capacity bottlenecks, product non?conformances, manufacturing time and production cost
· Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results while maintain planned production output, product quality and on?time shipping

Responsibilities

  • Conduct review of key existing contracts within assigned categories to identify business risks and ensure commercial and technical competitiveness within the marketplace.

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join the Unconventional Resources Planning & Performance Management Division (UR P&PM).

The UR P&PM division provides finance, accounting, and planning support to Unconventional Resources operational departments encompassing drilling and stimulation, seismic, facility planning, and production operations. Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance.

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

You must possess demonstrated experience in accounting, budgeting, planning, performance management, capital management, expenditure analysis or related finance and accounting functions. Prior experience with shale/unconventional gas operations is strongly preferred.

You must possess working knowledge of applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

You should hold relevant professional certification - CPA, CMA, CA, CGMA, CAPPA, or equivalent. Master Degree is a plus.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. SAP knowledge highly desired.

The position holder is responsible for all R&D and Technology related activities of Group's future compounding business. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for all compounding related product development and research projects from idea to implementation in-line with business strategy to implement and grow the Group's compounding business line.
  • Leads the Compounding Competence Network within Downstream R&D and coordinates and professionally supervises the activities of R&D engineers assigned to the hub targeting timely, efficient and high-quality execution.
  • Manages strategic and high-complexity projects in collaboration with project owners and internal and external partners to address new customer and market needs.
  • Identifies new compounding related business opportunities and develops new product and technology concepts increasing competitiveness of the Group's product portfolio.
  • Contributes to the conceptualization and implementation of organic business development approaches by defining the technology and product strategy.
