Primary purpose of job

  • Responsible to plan and manage the entire cycle of the assigned Business Support Department's Contracts, Agreements and Direct Orders (Work Contracts /Service Orders).
  • Liaise with assigned Department as Department Contract Focal Point.
  • Work with stakeholders (Legal, Contracts and VB Departments) on legal /contractual matters and ensure the interests are always protected. Ensurethe administration of Contracts, Agreements and Direct Orders proceed without disruption to VB Department business operations.
  • Advise Management on strategic use of Contracts, Agreements and Direct Orders to minimize risks and maximize advantages to the business operations.Resolve contract related issues as required.


Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 10 years contracts administration experience in the Oil &Gas industry with major international contractors or clients.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP ES Module (External Service).
  • Excellent computer literacy with particularly high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent planning, analytical and problem solving skills.


Education

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance or Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.

Static Equipment Engineer - Oil & Gas - Major Project - Owner / Operator - Rotterdam - Dutch Speaking

My client, a global Oil & Gas Owner / Operator, are looking for a Dutch Speaking Static Equipment Engineer to join them on a permanent basis and work on a Major Project.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review of documentation provided by Licensor and Contractor (including data sheets, drawings, requisitions and specifications) for pressure vessels (including reactors, columns and drums) storage tanks and heat exchangers to ensure compliance with project objectives.
  • Provision of support and advice on static equipment matters.
  • Contribute to inter - discipline reviews and value engineering exercises.
  • Extensive experience, primarily in a contracting environment, working with pressure vessels, storage tanks and heat exchangers on FEED and EPC projects for the oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical industries.
  • Mechanical design of pressure vessels using PV Elite (or other commercially available software package).
  • Experience of thermal design using HTRI would be an advantage.
  • Flexible attitude, with good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of Mechanical Engineering experience specialising in Static Equipment.
  • Major Oil & Gas Project experience.
  • Bachelors of Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
  • Fluent Dutch Language Skills.
  • Must be able to work in the EU without sponsorship.

My client, a global Oil & Gas Owner / Operator, are looking for a Dutch Speaking Rotating Equipment Engineer to join them on a permanent basis and work on a Major Project.

  • Leading the execution for the technical elements of critical rotating equipment on assigned projects through Basic Engineering & Design and Detailed Engineering & Design phases with responsibility for delivering committed work on-schedule and on-budget.
  • Support development of project strategy and schedule in pre-FEED and Process Design Package.
  • Liaise closely with proposal team and third party engineering companies to develop rotating equipment scope.
  • Represent the machinery engineering function in cross-functional project meetings including P&ID review, HAZOP, layout review and model review Be involved with inspections and testing of purchased critical rotating equipment and perform site inspections of installations Lead kick-off and design review meetings with suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal engineering standards and processes.
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines and coordinate cross-functional reviews of suppliers drawings to enable integration of purchased equipment into overall plant designs, ensuring compliance across full project scope.
  • Prepare technical specification packages for critical rotating equipment and undertake technical evaluation, development and technical risk assessment & mitigation of proposals for purchase and supplier proposals.
  • Deliver technical support throughout the project construction and commissioning phases retaining overall technical responsibility for equipment until successful handover.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Rotating Equipment Engineer.
  • Major Oil & Gas project experience.

Purpose
The Commercial Manager is to assist Management Board in managing and reviewing overall activities related to commercial matters such as credit management, planning contractual, purchases & sales, logistics & marine, customer support.

Responsibilities:
Under the direct management of Deputy General Director (DGD), the Commercial Manager is responsible for successful implementation of followings:

  • Review and realign, if necessary, the Commercial Department organization and resources (budget, manpower, equipment) in order to have effective coordination & implementation of all commercial programs & activities
  • Review and/ or revise policies, standards/ procedures to achieve high commercial performance
  • Provide commercial assistance for forecasting, utilization statistics, and guidance to Operations and Finance teams on contractual administration requirements and procedures
  • Manage and confirm purchase orders (PO) for crude oil & sale order (SO) for all products
  • Manage and resolves issues relating to all the commercial contracts between the client and counterparts including, but not limited to, the price negotiation
  • Provide commercial assistance for forecasting, utilization statistics, and guidance to Operations and Finance teams on contractual administration requirements and procedures
  • Manage and confirm purchase orders (PO) for crude oil & sale order (SO) for all products
  • Manage and resolves issues relating to all the commercial contracts between the client and counterparts including, but not limited to, the price negotiation.
  • Monitor and handle PO/SO/DO via SAP
  • Manage to contact with existing/potential customers to ensure the readiness of any spot sale and spot purchase
  • Deal with spot sales (export and domestic) & spot purchases (import and domestic)
  • Manage to receive & response feedbacks from Customer (Customer research & support)
  • Forecast and response to market behaviors
  • Deal with all commercial matters in daily operation (IDDPA; credit management, rollover; demurrage; inspection; disputes....)
  • Manage and control marine service charges (PP handling fee, port charges, custom clearance....).
  • Plan and implement the most optimal solution to maximize the profit for the client based on the product sales and production by having a close coordination with Refinery Planning team.
  • Be focal point of all commercial matters by close coordinating with E&C (Refinery Planning team), Finance, Accounting and other related internal parties.
  • Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a commercial situation;
