This role is for a permanent position. Our Mobilisation team has a vital role in ensuring that high quality and standards are maintained when dealing with the mobilisation of contractors to our global client base. You will be dealing with both contractors and clients across a range of seniority levels. The work is complex and requires a mature, logical mind and perceptive approach as well as a patient, can-do attitude.

Job Description

  • Managing the new starter induction process for contractors commencing assignments with your allocated clients. This includes handling all mobilisation procedures such as travel, visas, work permits, offshore training, medicals and accommodation. It will involve close liaison with clients and contractors as well as our internal account managers, recruitment consultants and finance/payroll team
  • Key contact for assigned contractors, dealing with queries and complications promptly and efficiently
  • Developing and building on contractor and client relationships together with passing any key information/leads to the relevant account manager.
  • Updating, managing & monitoring contractor information on the internal database (full training will be provided)
  • Ensuring the relevant Accounts Managers and Recruiters are alerted of any relevant information about their contractors including contract amendments, extensions, terminations, payment issues (if they require escalation) and potential leads.
  • Managing the contractor's contract, renewal, amendments, and discussing new terms.
  • Tracking visas/work permits/medical renewals and rotation schedules.
  • Client and contractor visits


Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate a professional level of written and verbal communication
  • Be confident, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships quickly
  • Have 3-5 years admin experience within a fast-paced industry
  • Have superb organisational and administrative skills
  • Have a proven track record of a strong ability to prioritise
  • Have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably previous experience of using databases) and typing skills of at least 45 wpm
  • Can work well under pressure, with a robust and resilient attitude to deal effectively with work demand
  • Have a committed, keen and hardworking attitude; able to organise oneself and deliver results
  • Be patient with a can-do attitude and a desire/ability to identify solutions.

  • Academic qualifications aren't essential but having a degree (or equivalent) may give you an advantage over other applicants

Our company is changing the story of plastics by enabling more plastic waste to be recycled into valuable resources thereby keeping plastics in the circular economy and out of our oceans.
We have developed a modular machine to chemically recycle plastic waste back into a valuable petroleum raw material, for use as a feedstock in new plastics production, waxes, and fuels. Using a chemical approach to recycling, no plastic gets left behind. Using a modular approach to process design, we harness the power of mass production to scale up quickly and cost effectively.
The design and engineering team is now developing a full-scale unit, the RT7000, capable of being mass produced at 7,000 tonnes per annum unit scale at the company's manufacturing facility in the South East. All work needs to be developed with efficient mass production in mind.
The company is headquartered in The South East, UK, with the first commercial RT7000 project due to be located in Scotland. We are already initiating plans for expansion across Europe.
Job summary
The role of the CAD Designer is to undertake 3D design for the companies machines and associated facilities.
We are looking for a passionate CAD design to work in a fast-paced collative work environment, working as part of the Engineering Team on solving one of the world most pressing environmental issues.
Responsibilities/daily tasks

  • 3D mechanical design the companies modules and facilities, with a focus on Design for Manufacture

About the role:

Our client is a major global oil and gas operator, they are seeking a CMMS Engineer to lead maintenance improvement studies across the UK Fuels Storage Terminals. This is to establish cost effective maintenance solutions that deliver compliance, technical assurance and reliability whilst maximising plant availability. Along with to develop and utilise the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) functionality in order to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of planned maintenance activities at the Terminals.

Education:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or qualifications, demonstrated experience and training to an equivalent level.
  • Chartered/Incorporated Engineer, or working towards chartered or incorporated status, with a recognised professional body.
  • IT Skills Certification particularly in MS Applications.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Trained and experienced with Control of Work and Permit to Work systems, confined space entry and working at height.

Essential Experience:

  • Significant and demonstrable experience with CMMS ideally in Frontline, Maximo or SAP PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Group and subsidiary level month end reporting
  • Prepare and control all balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets, inter-company balances, debtors, bank, creditors (including payroll)
  • Statutory reporting & audit on a global basis, including preparation of subsidiary and group consolidated statutory accounts (foreign currency translations, inter-company eliminations, management fees, royalties)
  • Liaising with external auditors on all audit issues to include planning, on site audit work (schedules), completion and sign off
  • Implementation of process improvements and controls as identified internally and from external auditors

Subsea Engineer, Manifolds and Connection Systems Discipline Engineer
Work Location The role is based in London or Aberdeen
Role Synopsis (NTID & Candidate details for facilitated moves) Global Subsea Systems is responsible for the specification, design, delivery, and maintenance of Subsea Production Systems (SPS). This includes components from the wellhead through to flow line entry as well as miscellaneous topsides elements. acts as single face to the subsea hardware suppliers for equipment design procurement, storage, maintenance, and onshore repair.
The Subsea Engineer for Manifold and Connection Systems discipline engineering will lead engineering execution of manifolds and connection systems scope across projects in the Eastern Hemisphere, as well as support the development of engineering standards related to equipment.
Key Accountabilities:
* Provide support to project teams as needed in the development of system requirements, such as Subsea Basis of Design, P&IDs, field layouts, system schematics, etc.;
* Develop/review project scopes of work, functional requirements, SDRLs, hardware equipment lists, design verification plans, etc. in support of hardware RFQs;
* Provide input to suppler technical bid evaluations;
* Provide regular status reports to lead engineer for manifold and connection systems;
* Perform design verification activities (e.g. equipment design reviews, drawing & analysis reviews and test & installation procedure reviews);
* Review technology readiness assessments and qualification plans, procedures and reports against API 6A/17D requirements for subsea connection systems;
* Develop, review, endorse engineering decision papers;
* Review and endorse supplier deviation requests, change requests, technical queries, and interface requests;
* Liaise with SMEs to provide technical support to project teams, delivery teams and suppliers for resolution of engineering issues.
* Develop and collate lessons learned for manifold and connection system equipment and disseminate across projects;
* Contribute constructability perspectives in equipment design and constructability reviews, fabrication readiness reviews.
* Perform fabrication site visits for pre-production meetings, testing support and HSSE influence;
* Support planning of aftermarket activities, including development of scopes of work, development of SIT procedures, etc;
* Provide support and input to Subsea Construction Team as required for development of installation and commissioning plans/procedures, rigging design and analysis, and execution of offshore activities and troubleshooting;



Essential Experience and Job Requirements

Must hold a Bachelor's in Engineering Degree


* 6 years of oilfield experience, including major plant or process piping construction;
* Technical expertise with manifolds, foundations, jumpers/ spools, connectors and valves;
* Knowledge of subsea hardware suppliers' engineering and manufacturing processes and constraints and knowledge of standard equipment offerings from suppliers;
* Experienced in application of industry standards and codes related to subsea hardware and systems including API 6A & 17D, ASME BPVC, ASME B31.8, API RP-17P, API RP-17R, API RP-2A, and API RP-2GEO as well as ISO, DNV and NORSOK equivalent specifications;
* Experience in performing or reviewing piping and structural analyses for manifolds, foundations and/or jumpers;
* Experience with factory acceptance testing requirements for subsea equipment;
* Knowledge of structural and piping fabrication and NDE;
* Knowledge of common subsea hardware materials of construction;
* Professional Accreditation (PE or Chartership).

Desirable Criteria:
* Knowledge of installation methodologies and installation interfaces with manifold and connection system equipment;
* Knowledge of major valve suppliers and their standard equipment offerings;
* Knowledge of production control equipment and its interfaces with manifold and connection system equipment;
* Broad experience with major projects through full project life cycle;
* Knowledge of processes for change management, risk management, deviation requests, and reliability planning and management.
