Duties:

  • Manage the timely preparation of internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial operating reports and monthly review with Senior Management
  • Manage accounting functions and related responsibilities.
  • Ownership, management and enhancement of the company's accounting systems.
  • Identify, plan and implement initiatives to improve the timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of the accounting function.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • CPA required
  • 15 years of experience in financial consolidations, financial statement preparation and reporting
  • 5 years of experience leading professional accounting team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP
  • Proficient with financial accounting/reporting and Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of interacting with staff, peers, senior leadership, and external audit team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support accounting conclusions with Management in a non-technical, business oriented context

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing advanced level support and acting as a subject matter expertise in relation to the use of GIS to support business processes, conducting complex spatial analysis to produce GIS products that support business decision making and compliance reporting
  • Ensuring that GIS data is created, maintained and updated in accordance to the GIS data model and other internal policies; creates documentation on GIS processes and programs; proactively manages authored material, creating and updating procedures to ensure data quality control is met; and is accountable for creating, maintaining and updating critical GIS datasets, among other duties assigned

Experience required:

0-3 years experience in a GIS role or position that leveraged GIS technology or combination of education and experience, has successfully graduated from an accredited post-secondary GIS program or equivalent combination of education and experience

I am currently working with a Downhole Tool manufacturing and service company located in the North Houston area. They are looking for a qualified individual to work in shop setting assisting with the assembly/disassembly, troubleshooting and testing of downhole tools. This is a full time, permanent role.

Daily duties:

  • Assembly and disassembly of tools
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on tools.
  • Operate breakout machines and torque equipment
  • Calibrate and inspection of equipment
  • Assisting with in-shop testing and troubleshooting
  • Preparing items for shipping
  • Forklift, pallet jack, and/or overhead crane operation
  • Utilizing various hand tools
  • Standing for multiple hours
  • Handling materials that weigh 50 lbs


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 year of experience working in a similar environment
  • Break out machinery background (make and break equipment)
  • Able to stand for multiple hours
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities include:

Establishing the strategy and direction of the services team to reach objectives.

Managing risk

Recruiting and training cybersecurity professionals and industrial control engineers.
Presenting to clients and growing existing and new relationships.


Overseeing cyber assessment and deployment projects at industrial customers throughout the entire project life cycle from project kick off, planning, implementation, reporting to customer management and ongoing support.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 10-15 years of experience in professional services and/or management consulting.

Experience building and managing teams whilst still being hands-on.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to present to Senior level executives.

Must be able and willing to travel to customer locations for key meetings and project related work (approximately 35% travel)

Experience with industrial control systems or cybersecurity is a strong plus

Position Description:
The position leads and directs the activities of the Engineering team at the LNG Facilities and assists in assuring Asset and Operating Integrity requirements are developed and implemented into the day-to-day operations. Provide and direct Engineering input/experience into the Operations of the LNG facilities and processes to ensure safe, efficient, reliable and in compliance with all established contracts, agreements, policies, laws and regulatory procedures.

Ensure Operations Department is kept appraised of new technology and engineering developments that assist the operational goals of efficient, effective, low cost operations while maintaining the safety and integrity of all operations of the enterprise.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Operations Engineering Team activities
  • Identifies issues and assist in maintaining the day-to-day Operations of the facilities within the safe design and operating envelopes of the Basis of Design of LNG Facilities
  • Manages and coordinates technical improvements and expansion of the plant as required and maintain efficient and cost competitive operations
  • Implements and maintains reliability processes that ensures continuous improvement of plant efficiency and reliability
  • Ensures regulatory inspections and documentation requirements are achieved and audit ready
  • Presents and lead the engineering portion of the monthly Financial and Operations meetings to management
  • Participates in the development of annual OPEX budgets to ensure on-line objectives are met within the operating facilities
  • Represents company in all regulatory audits and inspections
  • Represents company in Industry Engineering Forum/Programs and various functions when required
  • Develops and assists as required on scopes of work in facility planned shutdowns, project work and turnaround activities
  • Leads the equipment criticality/risk analysis effort, and validate equipment-sparing strategy
  • Leads engineering staffing reviews and selection process and follow the company Performance Appraisal process.
  • Organizes and participates in process HAZOPs during final design and construction phase of future and ongoing projects
  • Ensures equipment reliability/analysis/troubleshooting requirements are met as needed to correct deficiencies as they arise
  • Conducts or leads special studies on economic feasibility and on complex new technologies, methods and materials
  • Able to drive to all on-site facilities
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned



Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Minimum Required:

  • BS Engineering



Preferred:

  • Registered PE
  • Minimum Required 15 years of experience in Operations Engineering in LNG or Similar Complex Process Facilities
  • 15-20 years of substantial technical knowledge in LNG Liquefaction and specifically in APCI Liquefaction technologies
  • 10 years' supervisory experience
  • Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, applications and operations methods and materials, and engineering application of computers
  • Thorough knowledge of industrial and regulatory standards and design criteria in the engineering discipline
  • Good analytical problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail



HSE Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the policies, efforts, and programs of company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Actively participate in the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System Policies.
