Summary

Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy. Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred. Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification. Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.

1. Participates in physical inventory counting to ensure inventory accuracy
2. Performs SAP materials management transactions such as goods receipts, goods issues and transfer postings as required to ensure timely processing of goods movements.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather data as it pertains to manufacturing quality, lead time, on-time, and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Develop or improve work instructions, assembly, test, or training procedures, routers, and other manufacturing documentation to enhance customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience creating document packages for traceable parts.
  • Knowledge of and experience reviewing Material Test Report (MTR) to ASME and other industry standards.
  • Knowledge of and experience reviewing Non-Destructive Test(NDE) Report to NDE procedures (like Penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing, hardness testing, Ultrasound testing and Radiography testing procedures)

Our client, a leading Oil & Gas owner/operator organization is looking to add a Junior Operator to their team for a 6 month contract. This position is based in Odessa, Texas, 5/2 Rotation with an occasional weekend shift.


This individual will be responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESP's, three phase separation, gas compression, minor maintenance of valves etc.


Key Responsibilities

* Prepare for and perform maintenance, taking readings, doing rounds, issuing work permits, following procedures, initiating work requests, writing procedures, and interfacing with support groups.
* Proactively monitor well and equipment performance, take appropriate action to maximize production.
* Work with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data (corrosion, paraffin, soap injection, etc.).
* Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests.
* Track test compression data.

Asset Integrity Technician

Our client, a leading Oil & Gas owner/operator organization is looking to add an Asset Integrity Technician to their Houston office. This is a 1 year contract to start, regular Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain pressure vessels, storage tanks and piping up-to-date register and inspection data in Plant Condition Management Software (PCMS )
* Coordinate timely entry of inspection report data into PCMS.
* Monitor PCMS for proper function of the scheduling, calculation, and synchronization modules.
* Coordinate development and execution annual integrated inspection plan for all GPBU assets and track execution status to ensure compliance.
* Assist asset integrity inspectors on creating inspection schedule and inspection work pack for planned inspections.
* Coordinate development of GPBU long term 5-10 Year Inspection Plan and coordinate periodic review to maintain the plan is updated.
* Coordinate asset integrity inspection budget development for each GPBU asset.
* Conduct preliminary analysis and trending of inspection data and provide customized reports.
* Collect Asset Integrity KPI (Scorecard) data from each GPBU asset, generate KPI report and facilitate KPI review meetings.
* Collect loss of containment data, conduct analysis and generate analysis report in regular basis.
* Synchronize PCMS data with asset control (SAP) data as necessary.

Key Qualifications

* High school diploma/GED
* 3 years of experience as a technician in a similar technical role, preferebly within the Oil & Gas Industry.
* Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Spotfire and SAP
* Proficiency with PCMS or other Inspection Data Management Software Programs
* Associates / Bachelor degree in Technology would be an asset
* API 510, 570, 653 certificates are desirable
* Familiarity with documentation processes used in oil and gas operations such as MOC, asset transfers, etc
