I am currently recruiting for a Lead HSSE Engineer for a project to be based in Kuala Lumpur on a permanent staff basis.

Experience:

  • At least 13 years in the Oil and Gas industry, with significant experience in offshore operations.

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus or equivalent
  • Master Degree in Safety, or NEBOSH Diploma
  • Good knowledge on Process Safety, Technical Safety, Occupational Safety and Contractor HSSE Management.
  • Experience working on Major project for its entire lifecycle-EPCIC for Operators, PSC or PACs
  • Proven ability in writing technical procedures and technical reports
  • Familiar with Malaysian legislations, industry guidelines, best practices, and standards (e.g. PTS, PPGUA, OGP, OPITO) with regards to Environment and OH practices

  • Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and documentation of Transfer Pricing models for cross-border intra-group transactions in multiple jurisdictions
