Material Coordinator - Louisiana

Petroplan is now accepting resumes of Material Coordinator's to join a well known Oil Field service company. This position is contract and will be located out of the New Iberia, LA office.
Responsibilities:
  • Confirm material received
  • Read blue prints, instructions etc.
  • Manuel labor
  • Adhere to all HSE rules and regulations
  • Operating basic hand tools such as drills
  • May operate forklift or crane when needed

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience with basic hand tools
  • Forklift or crane certification
  • Great communication skills and ability to work well with others

Operations Manager - South Texas

My client is a global oilfield equipment manufacturer who is looking to expand their South Texas team by bringing on an experienced Operations Manager. This role will be a very hands on role managing the warehouse, liaising with the sales team and upper management, scheduling field activities, and other administrative duties. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Managing warehouse activities such as inventory management and control
  • Coordinate with equipment/parts receiving and delivering
  • Work closely with sales team to forecast inventory needs
  • Oversee duties and scheduling for field repairs, installations, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Manage planned maintenance for equipment, vehicles, machinery, etc.
  • Handle recruitment and training of employees
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process
  • Various other duties

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Artificial Lifts and technology is preferred
  • Ability to work normal work hours as well as on call for emergencies

Associate Warehouseman - Tulsa

Petroplan is currently recruiting for a well known Oil Field Service company who are in need of an Associate Warehouseman. This position will be contract and located out of their Tulsa, OK office.
Job Duties:

  • Receives, checks in, and issues materials
  • Preforms various clean up and house duty activities
  • Other warehouse duties
  • Able to work individually or on a team, self-motivated, willing to learn
  • Making Inventory/equipment related computer transactions
  • Will be spending most of the time researching & transacting ESP equipment.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • PPE - hard hats and goggles
  • Steel toe boots

Maintenance Planner / Scheduler II - North Dakota

Petroplan is currently recruiting on behalf of a well know and large Oil & Gas company in need of a Maintenance Project Planner/Scheduler II. This position is a contract role and will be located near Watford City, ND . Prospective candidates will be, but not limited to, responsible for scheduling all maintenance work at production and support facilities.
Responsibilities:

  • 3 years of experience with field/maintenance experience around maintenance and lease crew activities
  • 10 years of direct experience in the Oil and Gas operations
  • Experience with Planning and Scheduling projects within SAP
  • Proficient (ability to perform the skills with little assistance) in SAP, MS Project & Prometheus planning/scheduling systems
  • Ensures the successful ongoing operations and maintenance of facilities.
  • Ensure that all required material, company labor, and contract services are available to execute work
  • Ensures work plans are completed in a timely manner, material is on-hand and the job is ready to be scheduled

Metal and Alloys Sales Representative

My client is an Italian manufacturer of high-performance metals and alloys and that sells to distributors in Houston and globally. They are actively looking to bring on a qualified Sales professional with a background in Metallurgy and/or materials engineering. This is a full time, Houston based position, with an opportunity to travel. Please see below for responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the domestic customer technical support for the specification and application of corrosion resistant alloys (specialty stainless steel and nickel based)
  • Work with customers to assist with material selection
  • Provide a technical link between the mill and the customer engineering groups and end users
  • Review sales contracts to ensure the material met all required specifications (NACE, ASTM, API, Customer Specific)
  • Traveling to customer locations



Requirements:

  • At least 5 years or more of experience in a Sales/Business development role with experience selling alloys and metals
  • Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering or Metallurgy
  • Ability to travel as needed
